I got a "No Units Available" email from 572 Eleventh Ave
Apartments because I applied for public housing in NYC. Then,
in a few days, its regular mail arrived, with extra information
about Violence Against Women Act and family courts information.
My outrage and desperation were quite obvious in the following
email response to them, although I have held a lot of facts not
disclosed yet.

found in a written lease to favor the landlord to grab money like this? why
you can use terms only found in a written lease to HELP the tenant to lose
money like this? You can not assume. This is a city where a lot of Chinese
live. Ask them how they rent a place to live, and how many of them have to
move frequently, and how many of them have to move suddenly.

kind of psychiatric talk and behavior are to be
found out, and be punished. A woman who can not
work outside well, can not have a marriage relation
with the husband, can not even keep a peaceful home
environment for her own children deserves to live
