行动的授权。
在安理会15个理事国中，大部分国家都希望北约在10月31日前结束利比亚的军事行
动，希望安理会通过决议收回对设置禁飞区的授权，此案将于本星期投票表决。
利比亚执政当局领导人贾利勒周三(26日)在卡塔尔与北约官员会晤时，要求北约将
在利比亚的军事行动延长到今年年底，以防止卡扎菲的效忠者逃离该国。利比亚全国过
