3.black lead to ground
4.take the red lead and touch both metal tabs at the top of the fuse's
5.the blown one will read 12 on one side of the fuse and 0 on the other. the fuse can be blown without looking blown

1. front cigar lighter (accessory power socket)月前停止工作，rear lighter一
切正常。今天买了新fuse(15A)换上，GPS车载充电器又可用了。于是手欠又试了个手机
的车充，可只过了10秒就再不能用了。再次 换上GPS充电器，发现lighter又坏了。怀
疑fuse又烧了，拔下来看fuse是好的，重新插回去，并且又试了3，4个好的新fuse，也
没有解决问题。请大侠分析一下我该怎么办。
2. 汽车原配的radio stereo两月前行驶过程中突然发出尖锐的静电声，之后除了偶尔
发出一两声静电噪音之外，死一般的沉寂，radio和CD皆是如此。radio上的时间显示正
常，也可以开关radio，CD，换台，但就是没声。有人说stereo后面接触不良，拆开面
板拔出radio，检查发现后面线路正常。也请帮忙分析一下。

1. buy some cigar, which is fancy
2. buy ZhongHua and XiongMao at duty free shop in the airport. Those are
cheaper than buying in China. But some people said they tastes different
