。就马上把药停了。停了三天了，也还是晕晕乎乎的，没什么缓解。想着马上去查查肝
肾功能。上来问问有人有类似经历吗？经历多久恢复的？
上网一查发现这药副作用非常严重啊。像肌腱断裂风险，以及神经系统的伤害。

I think you are "losing your logic". If there was only one case of tendon
rupture or tendonitis during last 12 years, will Cipro earn the black box
warning?
Cipro is a powerful drug and it should be used as last resort. For me, I
will never take it again unless I am on a death bed and exhaust other
options.
I am not so naive anymore to trust the OFFICIAL number given by FDA or drug
compani |

From what you said, you may need to rule out vaginitis which occasionally
causes frequent urination, mimicking cystitis. You may consider see your OB
if you failed cipro. |

thinkaout: you sure it's UTI and not yeast right? if yeast, you should go back
and get something else. you can ask the doctor to give you cipro (bayer's drug

pyelonephritis, infetion of the kidney, which is normally treated with
quinolones such as cipro or levaquin, though bactrim is an alternative but i
rarely use bactrim, the treatment course would be 10 to 14 days, any
imagine study would be to look for perinephric abscess,
since you took 1 week of antibiotic prior, not sure what you took exactly,
it complicated things a bit, doesn't seem your doctor is very patient an |

tendonitis, possibly achilles tendon rupture. You should stop the
medication immediately and consult with a physician.
It is never a good idea to use antibiotics without proper testing when

while whatever it is, you need some antibiotics, like erythromycin or cipro,

if nothing special during weekend, get anti-cough if cough is really severe
and intolerable, but as you may know, cough is kind of protection of body.

其他对付UTI的抗生素cipro, bactrim都是category C都不能用，所以nitrofurantoin
是最安全的了。

他们认为大多数情况是过敏的原因引起的眼睛发痒。只有在眼睛有分必物的时候才会开
抗生素比如CIPRO，TOBRAMYCYMIN眼药水。
一般的结膜红痒或是过敏性结膜炎，医生可能会ORDER非处方的抗过敏（主要就是抗组
胺）眼药水，这个在WALGREEN/WALMART之类店都能买到。主要成分就是 naphazoline/
pheniramine。
我个人在中国经常得“沙眼”。国内就是开个氯霉素眼药水或是利福平。来这边，偶尔
犯过两次，看医生，都不开抗生素，有一次比较严重，好说歹说，医生开了TOBRA。 |

很快起作用。Cipro 口服，可能稍微慢一些。具体怎么用，用多少，你还是听主治医生

可能有轻微肾盂肾炎。当然也可能是肾结石导致的炎症，
如果家里有CIPRO（环丙沙星），应该会有帮助。
如果两三天烧下不去，或者疼痛加剧，就直接去医院看看吧，COOK COUNTY医院排队，
没保险，人也会给你看的。或者MERCY HOSPITAL。

Acinetobactor species是常引起late onset HAP的细菌。
问问医院有没有查pseudomonas和MRSA，这也是常引起HAP的病菌，在治疗方案中也常常
对用上抗pseudomonas的抗生素。pseudomonas或者MRSA感染后果可能会比较严重，而且
只有某些抗生素才能抑制这些细菌。一定要问医院有没有查这两个细菌感染的可能性。
非常震撼！医院居然把病人直接送回家让自己康复？ HAP的死亡率是20-50%，如果
empiric antibiotics 没选对，死亡率对增加2-3倍！只听你说病史，还有细菌的确认
结果，多半就是HAP。病人有其他的症状吗？发热？白细胞数量变化？氧饱和率？是确
诊了还是怀疑HAP感染？
第二，用药问题。你问这个药不是推荐治疗HAP的用药。美国传染病学最权威的
guideline在
IDSA上。

loose watery diarrhea, 3-4 times/days, now worse and loose watery stool
every hour, and blood mixed with the stool, medium volume, non-foul smelling
