瓦特的电器, 如果我在下面装上个2000瓦特的电器,会不会
烧掉,能不能自己把配电间的circuit breaker 控制地下室 receptacles 的换成30安培
的? 电线应该够粗, 只是前任屋主没有充分利用地下室.

近的203000-04，我看电路板基本上是一模一样的，请教一下用这个203000-04应该可以

置，弄了几次才放到on的位置。结果厨房sink的粉碎机以及在附近的灯没电了，二楼空
调不工作及附近的灯没电。我也test reset 几个洗手间的开关以及室外的GFCI outlet
, 还是没用。怎么回事。 |

我们五月份online买了一个小小洗衣机。送来时，Fedex把箱子放倒了。结果我们打开
箱子一看，到处是水。显然是openbox的退货，把外面擦干净了再送到我们这儿。箱子
破旧得不行，连箱子外放送货单的塑料袋都懒得换，只在掏了个洞放了我们的单子进去
。真是服了这帮人了。因为这事我当时在家版上发过一次牢骚，没想到更郁闷的在后头。
当时就给客服打电话了，让给换。他们答应得倒挺好，要我们送到LOCAL店。洗衣机啊
，老大一个箱子，又沉，当然要求pickup了。只是电话永远也找不到管事的人，这种情
况接电话的人说处理不了。打了一个月的电话。每次在电话里等几十分钟。而且动不动
电话就断了，重新打过去，同样的话重新说一遍。
后来实在不行，投诉了BBB。这下反应倒挺快的。但TNND，他们给BBB回信，居然说他们
安排了两次PICKUP都被我们取消了! 明明只是给过两个return authorization number
。那number啥用也没有，打电话过去问过，每次都说把number打印出来，贴箱子上自己
送邮局自己 |

完成一轮后休息4-5分钟，再做下一轮，一共做三轮。
另外，俯卧撑，仰卧起坐，plank, 蹲马步是aerobic还是anaerobic? 俯卧撑,仰卧起坐
我一次可以做30个。plank, 蹲马步我可以坚持1分半种。
还有，我很少感到过训练后的肌肉酸痛，以及伴随的精神放松，有哪位朋友知道原因吗？ |

一下山就看到马路两边各有一个车站，都贴着班车时刻表。对着地图核对方向之后，信
心满满的坐在一个车站里等班车。有一对当地的夫妇开车经过，问我要不要搭个便车，
我看汽车马上就要来了，而且我去的地方和他们的目的地是两个方向，就谢绝了他们。
他们离开了两步，又掉头回来，有点迟疑的说我似乎应该去另一条马路上的车站等车。
话音未落，顺着他手指的方向，果然看到一辆SAD班车疾驰而过，我那叫一个郁闷啊，
这是今天最后一趟上山的班车了… 当时甚是不解，如果我等的班车不停这两个车站，
为什么要在车站上贴时刻表呢？而且车站也没有别的班次的时刻表了，那这两个车站在
这里干啥呢，专门误导人的？正在不知所措的时候，那对夫妇商量了一下，主动提出送
