circulation.因为实际上这些中文期刊就不是international,对吧？这些是你的弱点，
需要回避，至少不要牵强的解释。
另外，较真儿的说，你列的这几条都没有办法说这些杂志是international。至少期刊
本身应该有世界各地的读者/图书馆收录，而和你的文章没有关系。
我个人是把我的中文paper刨除了的，仅在pl开头说我有多少英文文章，多少中文文章
外，以后的分析啥的都明确说明英文文章only. |

发帖数: 1 | 34 干过circulator 两年，说实话手术室circulator 累不累取决于很多因素，比如手术类
别，部门资源配备，人际关系，以及整个医院的管理流程。每个地方会因为这些因素差
别巨大，所以在不了解这些条件的前提下，真不能用简单的累不累来解释。
就我感觉，circulator这个职位一开始需要大量的学习成本，在nursing school里学到
的东西几乎在这里没啥用。circulator就是一个类似于coordinator的角色, 负责帮忙
衔接各个环节，要把手术以及各方面的手术参与人员和整个手术流程串联起来，一开始
学习的压力还是比较大的。我熟悉最基本的技能以及人事的过程，资源估计花了四个月
，但一旦干熟悉起来了，这是一个不怎么需要动脑的职位，会越来越得心应手。也就是
一年或者一年半之后，干活儿几乎不用动脑，因为流程几乎是不会变的，每天上班也大
多是重复的东西，这个时候想长久的干下去，只要内心满足，也不会太难过。
总的来说，circulator不是一个对nurse专业技能要求高的职业，但真要干好，需要很
多其它的技能，比如如何在不影响安全的情况下圆滑的协调各方面的关系，如何获取有

下面就把我自己的pl分享给大家，其实我当初也是在版上找到的模板，然后根据自己的
情况稍加改动。建议大家根据自己的情况，哪里是自己的强项，就要多多突出。我自己
的文章影响因子一般，但是引用很多，而且都是一些正面的评价或是大段的引用。所以
我特意弄了表格把所有这些引用都彰显出来，说明我的工作对别人是有很大影响的。
还有就是contribution部分介绍的几个工作，我基本都是用同一模式介绍的每个工作1.
推荐信中怎样说这个工作2它解决了什么问题3发表哪里，杂志介绍4引用情况5其他文章

（文献1， 2012年11月） 不依赖于已知癌症基因组成而检查肿瘤DNA的方法。研究人员
从取自10位结肠癌和乳腺癌患者的血液标本里分离出DNA。然后，他们使用下一代DNA测
序技术读取了血液DNA中的全部基因组。结果显示，癌症患者的血液DNA都出现了染色体
拷贝变化和重排，而10个健康对照组成员的DNA没有异常。
癌症患者血液中来自肿瘤的DNA所占比例从1.4%到47.9%，差异很大。这种新检测法还可
能需要从肿瘤DNA低于0.1%的血液样本中检查出小的、可治愈的肿瘤。只需要做更多的
测序就能克服这些困难。这项实验有望在未来5到10年内用于临床
（文献2，2013年1月）利用常规巴氏检测（Pap test）获得的宫颈分泌物来检测卵巢癌
及子宫内膜癌。在一项初步研究中，研究人员采用这种命名为“PapGene”的测试方法
，依靠全基因组测序癌症特异性突变，检测出了全部24个子宫内膜癌，以及22个卵巢癌

1. "If cancer strictly follows evolution model, should one imagine certain
genetic lesions gain dominance?" 某些肿瘤可能的确是这样的,比如一些EGFR突变
的NSCLC,表现出oncogene addictive,这种genetic lesion似乎dominate肿瘤的生长,因
为对突变的EGFR进行target therapy（erlotinib）具有疗效．当然oncogene
addictive也并不排斥CSC.
2. 关于癌基因会诱导正常细胞senescence or apoptosis.这是事实，但一种可能的解
释是，这种或这些癌基因并非是tumor initiator,它们只是promoter或maintainer;也
就是说在它们异常之前，有其他genetic lesions作为tumor initiating factors，而
这些我们还没找到？
