基本同意你的观点，但是我对系统生物学在期待中仍有很大的保守。我自己的一个项目
其实就是关于系统生物学的。
现在也已经有一批主要是物理背景的生物学家开始研究并且改造生物编程了。前者叫系
统生物学，后者叫合成生物学。但是用工程、物理里的原则，比如优化模型，来套生物
，确实可以有一些insight。但是还很片面。最根本的原因是优化模型、动态系统等都
蕴含简单的目的论的假设，就是这个系统、结构是来实现某个功能的。但是从生物的角
度，更具体说是进化的角度，模型假设的因果关系过于简单。毕竟进化关心的不是优化
那个功能，而是物种的生存。个体的功能顶多是这个大方向下的一个小部分。

任何妥协和让步，也不要期望美国会放弃对中国的贸易战和全面围堵。中国继续加大对
朝制裁乃至配合美国以颠覆朝鲜政权的方式解决朝核问题，其结果只能是美国的萨德和

轉眼已經是2019年了；我在2016年和高能物理的既得利益勢力有過一番論戰，兩年多下
來，這方面有不少新發展，足夠寫一篇文章來介紹。不過這裏所謂的“進展”或“動態
”，當然並不是高能物理界有了什麽研究上的突破：高能理論已經原地踏步40多年，期
間只大量生產了純粹用來爭取論文數量的僞科學（例如超對稱、超弦、多重宇宙、額外
維度等等），沒有任何實際上對宇宙的新瞭解。40多年間，兩代的玄學家對真正想做和
能做科學的人，實現了相當徹底的逆淘汰（亦即不是逐出物理界，就是壓制到行業的邊
緣），所以指望這些現在知名的玄學大師們做出理論上的突破，基本是緣木求魚。
而高能實驗，除了繼續驗證4、50年的老理論（亦即標準模型，Standard Model；例如
測量到Top Quark和Higgs粒子）之外，凡是基於前述的僞科學理論（主要是超對稱）的
幾百個極爲昂貴的實驗（光列舉我以前詳細討論過的，就包括耗資100億美元以上的LHC

Upon water entry, FIDO performed a circular search at a predetermined depth
controlled by a bellows and pendulum system。
Initially the torpedoes were set to search for a target at a depth of 50
feet (15 m), this was later changed to 150 feet (45 m). To prevent the
torpedo accidentally attacking surface ships, it resumed its circling search
if it rose above a depth of 40 feet (12 m).
德国潜艇被攻击第一反映是紧急下潜到80米，VIIC型下潜入水只需要27秒。所以这种鱼
雷最适用的载具应该是飞机。

定flow rate (单位时间流过pipe任意界面的流体量)。
譬如输油管道就可以用这个model。
另外，这个model里，欧拉表象的加速度分布处处为0，流体不会被加速，稳定的
laminar flow。
不太适用火箭喷口的动力学分析。 |
