选举舞弊作为一个热门话题， 去年大选前已经激烈的讨论过了。 然而到底选举舞弊是
否存在， 规模有多大， 这是个没人能回答的问题。 联邦选举委员会和各地的选举委
员会都不愿升入调查， 特别是兰州， 都可以不出示ID投票。 这使得调查愈发困难。
笔者作为兴趣， 对选举数据进行了深入的调查， 结果是一个触目惊心的答案。
在弗罗里达这个要求出示证件的严格执法州， 在最近十年内：
1. 359名未满18岁的人投了765票
2. 100名超过100岁的老人投票， 其中有一位156岁的老人去投票站投的。（晕）
3. 3475名投票后注册的人投了9196票
4. 80，945人投了167，333 张重复选票。
5. 1937个地址都有10-50名注册选民， 中间不凡1000尺出头的小房子， 共33249名选
民。
6. 根据不完整的死亡记录， 357名选民死后投了878票。

标 题: 希望在动车的事情上从官到民都多一份citical thinking。

动车事故过去很多天了。当我上个周六早上最初看到事故新闻的时候，我曾经根据新闻
里面当时还非常粗略的一些信息，说了些我的看法。我绝对不是高铁专家，我当时的分
析和看法，完全是出于我也许很可笑的推理。但是我自认那样的思考和讨论，是出于一
份民族立场的真诚，是很严肃甚至严谨的。然而几天后的今天，当一些列后续的事态发
展比如令人极度不解和气愤的过早停止救援而就地掩埋部分列车残骸的做法，以及网上
大家随之群情激愤的反应都让我也极为感慨和深受影响，几乎忘记了再去想事情到底的
来龙去脉和缘由。也再次让我对这个也许是必然的中国人的宿命感到极度的无奈。
因为我们现在看到的，已经彻底演变为了一个意识流的情绪，一个粗线条的事件，一个
再次活生生演示官老爷笨拙弱智无能的丑剧和一首又一次唱响的《亚细亚孤儿》的百姓

the interest.
It is more about how the teacher and the parents to help the student to
establish the efficient method of learning and to foster the independent/
cirtical thinking. No matter what career the student selects, the skill set
will also be of great help.

这里应该有一些同学和我一样在国内结婚，却没有在国内为结婚证翻译并公证。结果到
了办F2->H4的时候不知道如何处理。这里提供一个简单方法。版主麻烦M一下。
1. 自行将中文结婚证翻译成英文。将翻译件打印在一页纸上（见模版）
2. 找一个中国同学或朋友（请他带上Driver's License)，一起去找当地的公证员(Not
ary Public),一般银行和学校都有公证员提供免费的公证服务。
3. 当公证员的面请同学在翻译件空白处写一段Affidavit,证明他中英文俱佳并亲自翻译
此文件。然后请公证员公证并在同一页盖章。
4. 将翻译件和结婚证复印件订在一起交给律师。Done!

wrote in the end.
But your first paragraph is where we have key difference.
Even in the first paragraph you are right about the assumption many Chinese
who stayed here long enough would agree with the original writer. And that's

my car, etc. Fortunately my roommate was home when I got back, and I got
backup for the cirtical ones. Only had to pry open my own room w/ a
screwdriver. :) Now I no longer lock it. :) Some stuff was forgotten in the
shower, but the maids at the hotel don't seem to turn in all items they found
after the guests check out... :(
On average I forget one thing every 2-3 trips. :( Previous worse cases
including losing a fat w |

actually it is still under warranty (i have 3 years warranty with Dell, on-
site service), shall I ask them to replace some parts? Which parts are
cirtical, and possible to be the reason causing the problem? hard disk,
mother board, cpu, or memory?
