吗？还是最好到美国的大医院（象Boston children hospital)来诊断和治疗？万分感

Is it enlarged cisterna magna? Take it easy, most likely it's just a normal
variant. Go to a fetal maternal specialist for further information. I bet
your baby is fine. Lots boys with big heads measured bigger than normal. But
they were perfectly healthy after they were born. |

是google scholar显示6个。律师也很puzzle。
不能把自己的文章，搞出来，随便贴2-3个让阿戈帮忙解bug。在JCR上显示都是0，但是
google都有几个citation。

俗话说无图无真相。最好把报告或超声图片贴上来做个参考。
没有报告我就凭推理分析一下。
听你的描述，应该是mega cisterna magna （MCM）.这个东西如果没有其他异常伴随就
是个良性的。独立存在可以提示染色体异常，但机会不大。所以如果是这个，基本没问
题。
再一个可能是Dandy-Walker malformation. 如果是这个四脑室和MCM相连，vermis
hypoplasia 50% 以上的孩子会有问题。这个神经科的大夫应该知道更多。 但是Dandy-
Walker 在20周的时候ultrasound 就应该可以发现。即使是Dandy-Walker也要看vermis
缺损情况，如果vermis完整一般问题不大。
还有就是persistant Blake's cyst 或 arachnoid cyst, 问题都不大。
33 周超声看后脑室比较困难，所以可以做个MRI看得更清楚。 美国一般都是等生后作
MRI。
所以我认为很大可能这个孩子没问题。35 周不要不是流产，是杀人。 |

actually took 7 hrs because multiple surgeries had to be done: Thorax duct
ligation, remove lung lobe, cisterna chyli ablation and pericardectomy....
