account. However, a recurring transfer (from an external bank account to my
Citi account) earlier scheduled on Citi's website (not the other bank's
website) still happened two weeks after closing the account. Even worse, I

老夫给提供几个data points.
10年老夫申请citi AA biz, 被废, 说是reach maximum biz cl available.
当时已有两张citi biz, 每张50k+ cl.
打了数次电话,问能不能关掉其他biz cards,给我开aa biz. 和一个supervisor还聊了
一通. 都未果. 之后过了半年关了那两张biz, 重新申请citi AA biz, 才拿到.
数月前,和ld共同申请citi premier, 都被拒.打电话reconsider, 都是接到citi
在 菲律宾的 credit call center, csr 英语都不错,比老印强的多. 不过都是被告知
不能批. 根据拒信地址,给citi 寄去updated credit report. LD的批了, 偶的还是没
批. |

Immediately” ，但是不是直接给我提高信用额度，而是让我自己去“ Request
Increase”。记得在这个版上看到说要求提高信用额度会伤信用，但是这种发信来，但
是让我自己去申请的，会伤信用吗？谢谢。
其实我两张citi，一张4k，一张4.5k，都是一开始就这个数。也够用，从来没刷爆过或
者不够用。但是信用额度是不是高点好?如果不伤信用而是citi邀请的话？

but received a text from citi fraud dept. and I texted back, later it
replied " thank you for cofirming this charge. you card is now available for
use.

Citi got me too! Latest statement on my 5% EDP Preferred cut on Thursday,
and sometime over the weekend all 3 of my Citi card accounts were closed.
Trying to view TYP balances is broken from the Citi card login associated
with the cards, but going to thankyou.com and logging in with my thankyou.
com credentials works fine. I have redeemed for a number of Best Buy gift
cards and am now hoping for the best!

然后就漫长地等卡，电话打了n遍，就叫我要耐心等，卡已经在路上。
nm的citi，等了两个多礼拜，终于等到有citi logo的信，
满怀激动地心情，打开信封，
是第一个statment，里面 450的年费豁然在目。
nm，卡没有收到， 年费收了，而且帐单比卡先到。
各位亲们，见识了citi的无聊了吧。
收到账单后，电话citi，nm又叫老子等。
等一个礼拜又三天，总算收到卡。
cnm的citi，我就两天跑cvs解决了那一晚。
citi你妈也没有block我刷卡。
nm，10晚200刀 也就这样到手了。

preferred容易不？citi的credit line是否都给的很低？七月申的citi ATT more，cl
才1000，要不是为了买iphone6S这张卡还真没什么用，虽然3xpoints，但1000根本买不
了什么，动不动就得先还钱才能接着用，citi还款post又慢。现在这个citi thankyou

半死。
只有 arbitration 和 small claim court 才会戳到 Citi 痛处。 如果你不能在居住
地 small claim court 告 Citi，还是用 Arbitration.
律师file 一个case ，他帮你付 200 fee , Citi 回复这个case，得付 3200 （Fee +
给 arbitrator 的报酬），Citi 还要请律师。你如果有 5 张卡被关，律师file 5 个
case，明摆着 Citi 几万刀就出去了。如果赢了，律师和你对分，没赢，nothing to
lose.
一个两个去告，Citi 这么大银行不会感到痛痒，告的人多了，它以后关账户就会改变
做法。
那些被关的，忍着，在小黑屋做梦什么时候被放出来，只能继续做梦吧。

的那块空地建SENIOR LIVING。
不过，SAN MATEO SCHOOL DISTRICT里的，那个支持FOSTER CITY高中的，就选上了。另
外，两个现任的CITY COUNCIL 发起的提案W，希望能延长CITY COUNCIL 两届的任期的
提案没有通过。这个提案实际就上这两个COUNCIL想在任期内把那块空地彻底解决，建
成SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY。
可见，现在FOSTER CITY的VOTER中，老人的势力还是比较大的。
顺便说一下，据说因为这个real estate burst, 原来想建老人公寓的计划已经搁置下
来。所以，又给FOSTER CITY 建高中重新带来一线希望。但短期之内，是不可能解决的。
同时，当选与不当选，实际上只有180票的区别。看票数，总共有效的选票也就3000张
不到。这个时候，真是EVERY VOTE MAKE DIFFERENCE了。上次2007年的时候，也只差
300多票。

上周末没事干，借来续集2看。开头的孔雀剪纸皮影十分中国，精致优美。
可看到后来兴味索然，感觉散乱。一个很大的缺陷是功夫段数前后不一致：比如第一集
里的太郎（Tai Lung）连连打败盖世五侠（Furious Five）之联手、以及Master
racoon师傅，却被刚刚入门、时灵时不灵的熊猫打得入地三尺，不得抬头。而熊猫虽
在第一集里大败太郎，但在第二集里连盖世五侠之一的Tigress都打不过；可最后又能
空手接住火炮炮弹并投掷回击，邪门得没边了。其他角色也都时牛时熊，随编导捏造。
另外熊猫的言行举止十分美国化，装傻、装浑又很美剧式地黑人化，刻意斧凿，缺乏真
正熊猫式的浑然天成的可喜可爱。
续集的反面主角、孔雀王二代叫沈太子（Lord Shen），孔雀王朝的都城叫Gongmen
City，我很好奇这些人名地名是否有出典。维基把Gongmen City翻成宫门城，倒是四平
八稳：王宫、城门都是普通名词，无可深究了。豆瓣上有人分析震慑熊猫的红太阳标志

今天中午买汉堡刷卡没过，联想到LD上午告诉我她的Citi的卡（独立的卡非主副卡）买
早餐也没有过，心理估计是被杀全家了，打电话过去一问果然是……也没有和客服
argue什么，立马打开电脑把剩余的TYP全部都转回去，因为我猜Citi的阿三IT设计的系
统应该会有lag，点数当天应该还能转出去，果不其然，把所有剩下的20w点全部转到航
司，我选了VS因为瞬间倒账，防止出幺蛾子……
几个DP仅供参考
1.Citi Gold Client 2年多，一直认为这个是免死金牌，看来不是……
2.全部卡被干掉，包括我每天日常消费的主力卡还有好久没有用过的bestbuy的信用卡
……
3.该有的G点都有了,BP, MO, over pay, 每个月消费大于CL等等
4.大家最关心的MS的量，每个月100k刀吧，每个月20多w点TYP，持续了1年吧，再加上2

主要原因有：
1.citi是有名的站在他的客户这边为他的客户争取利益的。
2.citi财大气粗，他的卡自然也是好处多多。
3.......
4.......
......
很不好意思，我至今为止只有一张citi的divident.是在刚到美国不到一年的时候拿到的。
以后至今的2年多时间内，一共申请了5次。被拒绝的原因各异，当然都不是因为信用历史
的问题。感觉上申请citi的卡如同中彩一样，他们几乎是唯一的不仅仅根据你的credit s
core的信用卡机构。他们查看的信用分数来自FICO.
对于新生申请信用卡，我觉得好像是特例。有的人一下子能拿到好多，有的人就是什么都
拿不到。其实大家都是刚来美国，啥记录都没有。所以如果你是第一年就拿到了citi，不
要出来跟我抬杠，毕竟拿不到的还是占绝大多数。
下面谈一下5次拒绝我的原因:
1.balance/cl太高
2.近期申请信用卡太多（其实当时算上被拒绝的这次，一共一年内就申请了3次。但是他们
说美国人平均每年申请不超过两次）
3.在新地址居住时间太短（刚刚超过半年）

能被收回，对方说不能但是可以再申请新信用卡。我说担心这个卡关闭以后与之关联的信用记录就没有了，对我不利（这是我拥有时间最久的卡）。对方说没有这回事（我就不敢肯定了，不是说一定不要让有长时间使用记录的信用卡被关闭么？）。对方还是不肯取消所谓“关闭”的决

打电话询问申请情况告诉我需要补寄一些验证资料，当时以为已经hard pull过了就没
事了。
然后当天又申请了一下AMEX，BOA和Chase，当时通过了两张
给citi寄去了自己收入和银行的帐单
过一星期就给我来信需要TAX RETURN信息的授权
马上寄去又等了块二十天
6月11号告诉我悲剧，问原因，说是too many inquires
当时有些纳闷，一般寄资料去通过概率很高，而且拒也不会是这种理由。
今天拿到了credit report看，发现citi hard pull了两次，申请那天和6月11号。可能
申请那天inquire的数量可以，而等到6月11号加上那三次后就超标了
citi很恶心，看信用记录里不少信用卡都让我寄过验证资料，只有citi在这里hard
pull了两次。所以申citi时，海申可能付出代价。
inquires 太多的影响有什么办法消退吗？单纯靠时间的话需要两年。

于是想从citi走wire transfer。登录citi的账户，发现在tranfer里面可以 Transfer
to an Account in the U.S. or Abroad，点进去，要你输入debit卡的号码和密码（多
一道安全措施，免得账户被盗用了），输入之后，就可以看到各种wire transfer的选
项，里面有 Foreign Wire (non-USA Destination)，就可以传给中国的账户了，或者
选Foreign Wire using Model，这个就相当于存一个模版，方便以后可以反复用。点
Foreign Wire进去，会让你选择收款人收到的是美元还是当地货币（人民币啦）。我选

结果只剩一个75000。

被赖，同时dipsute三个信用卡，Citi Forward Visa, Citi Thankyou preferred
master card, Amex delta card （三个卡dispute的金额都差不多，$500-600). 以前
都说Citi和Amex的card是最好dispute的，但这次亲身经历，结果大不相同啊。三个卡
唯一的共同点是，dispute提交后，会给你conditionally refund，赢了你留着，输了
收回。
Citi Forward Visa，最烂，啥也不干，一个劲要材料（就是签字说你确实没收到东西
），要求偶五天内必须寄过去，寄过去了，还给你搞丢了，然后直接把dispute给close
了，说你输了，要把钱charge back而且你要交利息。打电话argue，说那重新寄，收到
后再重新考虑reopen case，但不保证。而且dispute提交后，确认信都不给你发。

在上周5把材料给citi传真过去之后
昨天收到citi的fraud department一个短信，让说他们要跟我说话，短信提示进入服务
中心输入一个pin码，然后跟他们联系。于是打电话，按照语音提示输入短信中提供的
pin码，然后验证身份要输入zip code，输入之后电话直接断掉。连弄三遍都断掉。于
是直接拨打citi的服务电话，也没转接到fraud部门，接线员问明情况，然后跟我核对
最近一周的划卡情况，一一确认，然后就接触了卡的hold状态。真折腾。
在这期间，因为citi卡被hold，导致申请一个macys的信用卡被拒掉了；当时打电话过
去argue，对方说你是不是没给citi按时付款，怎么卡被citi给hold了；不管我怎么解
释，对方还是说不行。。 |

发帖数: 2016 | 45 为了能省点电话费，在网上申了一个ATT的CITI信用卡，接下来的事能把人气到吐血：
1. 申请后等了一个月没收到卡，打第一个电话过去被告之寄了，可我没收到啊，然后
告诉我他们会寄给我一张新的。
2. 又等了一段时间，没收到，打第二个电话去问说卡早好了，他们忘了寄了，说马上
破例用express mail免费给我寄过来。这下还真快，没两天就收到了。
3. 本来以外没事了，没想到一看卡的expiration date居然就一个月，然后网上想注册
账户怎么都不行，于是第三个电话过去，被告知说因为这张卡是tempoary card，所以
无法注册，要等permernant card，说是很快就能收到。
4. 于是继续等寄给星期，还是没影，再打第四个电话过去，结果说法和第二个电话一
样，又“破例”给我用express mail一天之内给寄张卡。
5. 今天再收到卡，一看expiration date当场吐血，比上一张卡晚一个月过期，这CITI
TMD这不是玩人吗。于是打第五个电话过去，这下和第三个电话又一样了，说

很多人不申Citi AA是因为这个deal常年不死，所以心态上总是想等待更好的deal，比
如去年的75k（那个deal也活了快一年的时间）
但我认为其实Citi AA的50k deal才是目前最最最好的deal，这个deal需要你同时申请
两张卡，加起来就是100K的AA点数
具体方法去flyertalk的论坛，MilesBuzz！那里面有讲到，mitbbs最近貌似不给贴链接了
Citi的AA卡目前的offer是
Up to $100 credit, two admirals club passes, 50k miles (40k for $2k within 4

而且第一年没有年费，所以等于你白拿了$100x2的statement credit，然后还有100k
