在网上看了一下，说CapitalOne没有手续费，但是有人说汇率不好，还不如用discover
。我另外还有chase和citicard，但是貌似都要3%的手续费。大家讨论一下回国用什么
卡消费最好呢？还是干脆直接带几千现金？

csr问了一堆，转到security，然后offer我85刀credit，就是一年member fee，加上以
后每月花750刀，多收到750 mile点数的offer
还给了一个网站reducedmileageawards.citicards.com，说是有coupon转点数比较划算
供大家参考，反正我是从了，没急着关 |

关卡？CHASE说LZ很RISKY，BT多少算RISKY？１０K，２０K，５０K？信用卡客户有这个
闲心吃饱了撑的去算这个临界点？你要是明说了，BT５０K以上就关卡，LZ也不会去BT
１００K了。
再说要RISK DETECTION也要看LZ别的SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS。 打个比方，LZ的好几张CITICARDS DEFAULT了，所以我关你的CHASE卡好提前预防损失。现在合着CHASE自己
挖一坑让LZ跳，然后再埋了LZ， 有TMD这么无耻的么？跟TG说人人都有结社游行自由，

citi我用citibankonline和citicards的账号密码都试了，都不行
amex就一个账号密码，也过不了
chase我用的是chase.com的账号密码，也不行
是不是我哪里信息弄错了？
另外我的amex有两张卡后四位是一样的
是不是没法enroll了？
