标 题: 希望在动车的事情上从官到民都多一份citical thinking。

动车事故过去很多天了。当我上个周六早上最初看到事故新闻的时候，我曾经根据新闻
里面当时还非常粗略的一些信息，说了些我的看法。我绝对不是高铁专家，我当时的分
析和看法，完全是出于我也许很可笑的推理。但是我自认那样的思考和讨论，是出于一
份民族立场的真诚，是很严肃甚至严谨的。然而几天后的今天，当一些列后续的事态发
展比如令人极度不解和气愤的过早停止救援而就地掩埋部分列车残骸的做法，以及网上
大家随之群情激愤的反应都让我也极为感慨和深受影响，几乎忘记了再去想事情到底的
来龙去脉和缘由。也再次让我对这个也许是必然的中国人的宿命感到极度的无奈。
因为我们现在看到的，已经彻底演变为了一个意识流的情绪，一个粗线条的事件，一个
再次活生生演示官老爷笨拙弱智无能的丑剧和一首又一次唱响的《亚细亚孤儿》的百姓

mean that they need to go in person to pay for that, right? They need to go
to Chengdu for interview. Can they pay just before the interview after they
arrive Chengdu? ( I checked Chengdu has CITIC bank.)

Jan 2008. They visited Canada on
July 4th and reentered the US, granted with stay of another 6 months. Then
they returned to China in Jan 2009
before the I-94 expired. We'd like them to apply for visa recently.
My 1st question is: are they eligible for the Citic Bank service with
interview waiver (visa expired on 1/9/2009
& returned to China on 1/5/09). sorry the link provided on this website
cannot be opened.

time without extension.
Mom just submitted her B-2 application through Nan Jing CITIC (Shang hai
district). Yesterday, mom got a letter, saying "bring her old expired
passport and/ B-2 extension and go to Shanghai for an interview".
Previously, mom and dad applied for B-2 together and got their visa. This
time, only mom applies. This may be the only difference. Does it matter?

Beijing to process your application, you cannot use forms you printed. You
have to use the forms provided by Citic bank. However, if you go to the
embassy directly, you can printed the forms by yourself. The forms by citic
and the forms online are identical in contents, but not exact in format.
This rule seems stupid to me, especially the forms are available on the

当中国和美国在争夺谁能第一个将人类送往火星的时候，日本却恰恰相反，更倾向于低
调的太空任务。他们更愿意将探险设备以较低的价格送往金星和水星。
目前，日本花费了2.9亿美元发射了绕金星的轨道卫星。他们还与欧盟国家合作一起测
量水星的磁场和电磁波。此外他们还有计划让飞船对小行星进行探索寻找水源。
根据彭博社的统计，2016年，日本在太空计划里的预算不及美国的1/10，也远低于中国
。尽管如此，但其成绩却一直优越。相比于太空旅行，日本宇宙航空研究开发机构（
JAXA）更乐意于让更多的科学研究用在地球上。

布，将所持中信建投证券有限责任公司(China Securities Co.) 45%的股权出售给北京
国有资本经营管理中心(Capital Management Center)的计划已获中国证券监督管理委
员会（简称：中国证监会）批准。
中信证券还称，公司转让中信建投证券另一笔8%股权的事宜也在等待中国证监会审批。
中信证券早些时候曾表示要将把这部分股权转让给地产开发商世纪金源投资集团有限公
司(Century Golden Resources Group)。
上述交易完成后，中信证券将持有中信建投证券7%的股权。
中信证券缩减持股规模是基于中国证监会的要求：即入股股东实际控制参股证券公司的
数量不超过2家。
中信证券曾表示，计划以人民币85.9亿元（合12.5亿美元）的价格出售中信建投证券53
