1. U of Mass, Amherst, 12-month stipend, M.S. tuition are all waived.
A professor there said usually in the third semester(Sep--Dec) only half
stipend be payed.
2. U of Virginia, 9-month stipend, M.S or PhD(I can choose it after
arrival). tuition are all waived.
The RA often continue for the next year.

低了点:-）随便写几点，让新人少点麻烦吧。我是FRESH MS AND 国内一点工作经验（
基本没用),找了1个月多一点，拿了2个OFFER，向过来人说的那样，运气是第一重要的。
1。这行基本上没有PHONE INTERVIEW，如果对方看你的简历合适，基本上直接ON-SITE
，小米打个电话，直接安排时间，而且都随你安排，呵呵，看到过几个小时PHONE
INTERVIEW的帖子，真是庆幸啊。
2。ON-SITE基本上也就1－2个小时了，而且没有HUMAN RESOURCES的人烦你，直接和
PRICIPAL ENGINEER OR MANAGER聊，而且一般也就1－2个人就可以了。简历过一遍，告
诉你一堆公司的BENEFITS，然后有些会考你点结构题目（主要就看你概念清不清楚，不
会做也没啥:-)，有些会带你在公司转转。很少人问BEHAVIOR QUESTIONS，唯一一个公
司要填他们的表，MANAGER不得不问了（我都感觉出了他觉得这个问题很浪费时间，我
们ENGINEERS就是实在啊，不玩这些虚的 |

/environmental这个行业就看不到什么进展呢？各大网站和大公司都没有什么新的
opening贴出来。话说有些小公司也许有机会，但是人家有职位都不post出来，直接
refer招人，要是job版上有这个领域的xdjm的公司招人的话，帮忙告知一声，refer一
下吧。
实在是想看到一丝希望啊！！ |
