immigrant workers, however on the contrary the proposed rule adds more
obstacles to the EB-1/2/3 immigrant workers to continue stay in USA. The
proposed rule does NOT make the immigration procedure easier for EB-1/2/3
immigrant workers. With all due respect, I strongly recommend that the

信的观点其实跟你的比较一致，要求要有合法身份。而且指出了DHS对于发放EAD有自主
权，连DACA非法移民都发了。但是律师协会要求140 EAD跟雇主绑定，如果要换工作，
那么要跟新雇主绑定（新雇主支持申请绿卡），而且EAD要能无限续。他们其实就是把
140 EAD（相比于485 EAD）弄成了O1一样的。这样律师还是有钱赚，烙印还是不能翻身。

clarify这个sack是as a DT only. 我记得他也顶出了一个原帖是，a 16 sack/season
DT, i'd pay to see that (something like that). 这个也许是他的原意，但是赌局
的文字已经定了，他也没异议，按说就不该反悔了。

recycling to improve treatment efficiency. |

Things are not always as straightforward as you imagine. Keep in mind you
need to process patients information, you are not a recorder—don't just
recite what patient told you—unfortunately a lot of interns do so. You need
to translate patients’ layman language into medical terms. For example,

发帖数: 301 | 44 周四面试的，C1招人还是挺狠的，中午到公司的时候看到一帮上午面试BA,OA和DA的，
大概2,30个。面试Statistician的只有6个人，5个都是同胞。
标准流程，2个case, 1个role play,1个behavioral. Role play就是精华区那个
airline的model,问了下别人也是，很简单。Behavioral也很普通，3个问题，1. How
did you collaborate 2. Example of innovation, 3. How did you learn sth new.
出来后和大家聊case,发现可能case是换新的了，至少和以前完全一样的的case基本没
有。听到的比较类似的是比如C1和walmart合作推出walmart信用卡，问pros and cons,
给了一些条件求break even market share并问是否doable.
我就比较悲剧了，两个case都没见过，第一个是关于debt write-off，比如现在

隐瞒身份忽悠 (号招？） 大家去那个小区买房子，连他的几个老同学都受骗上当了（
true or false?) ，所以我必须解释清楚。
jiubaozhe 把一直他推荐的那个agent 在三楼称为＂网友＂ ，而指责我隐瞒身份，他
这种行为的性质和indication 由站方判定。有些东西不方便贴在这里，如故站方需要
，我站内信给站方，采不采信由站方决定。
我只是把偏离事实的misstatement clarify 一下，如果你认为这是defensive ， 我也
表示遗憾。就犹如别人说，你看起来象日本人，我说不，我是中国人，这个是clarify
facts 还是defensive 也是显而易见的。
对房地产，我只是爱好，自己买房子的时候上去发了个贴子而已，专门介绍房地产知识
