You didn't receive the form for Trial by Written Declaration? Or you sent
the declaration in and didn't receive a judgment? If the latter, they might
be backlogged and take several months to get to your case. But you should
call regularly and check if they have decided it (or at least call and find
out when they're going to review your case) so you don't miss your chance
for a Trial de Novo if you lose. |

this Thursday but I have not received any judgement from the court yet.

网上搜了下, 大多数成功的defense都是22350, 有不少技巧和可以攻击的点. 但针对
22349(a)(b)讲的就少了很多, 前面的技巧也不适用了. 只找到了一本电子书<
dismissed>>, 后来也是参考的它.
没办法, 死马当活马医咯, trial by written clarification, 所有能说的都在TR205
上了.
内容无非就是堆一些借口, 比如: 下坡, 跟车, 临时加速, 再加一些契合22350的表明
当时情况很安全的段落.
网上教程都说写TR205时不要怕, 坚决不认罪, 不要求着给traffic school (单子上没
给)等, 实在不行还能trial de novo等.
我还是怂了, 写了一堆废话, 本想着能少罚/不留记录之类的就行了.
半个月后收到信件居然判了无罪, 预交的罚款也都寄了check回来.
确实感觉很幸运!

收了四五个mass payment，另外一个只有一些个人的gift收支，现在两个都被limit
有几个问题请教一下神医神护：
第一，为毛两个账号都被要求提供invoice和delivery proof？其中只有一个收了ebay
的钱，当然两个都关联在SSN上的，那么是不是可以要求paypal把两个case合并考虑？
或者它们本来就是关联在一起考虑的了？
其次，ebay上卖的东西我都有收据，有邮件送达的证据，有正评价，这我相信不会有什
么可挑剔我的，就是那几个mass payment，是我在一个交易网站卖掉我以前的买东西附
赠的游戏code，这东西我是直接发给对方的，对方在那个交易网站有认可，然后交易网
站把钱付给我的paypal了，但我没有邮寄的凭证。这应该怎么处理好呢？
在本站买和卖一些gc，在paypal里产生的gift的收支，这需要向paypal说明么？paypal
的邮件里没有要求具体哪项，笼统的说要发票和送达证据。

以前写过两个工作面试要注意的事项（1 2）。今天发现它们主要是针对第一轮面试，
居然没有谈去flyout时应该注意什么。今天补上，希望对大家今后有用。
收到flyout就意味着你离自己拿到offer就又迈进了很大一步。一般讲，3-4个面试应该
给自己带来一个flyout。如果自己的flyout低于这个水平，说明自己第一轮面试表现不
够出色，要好好分析一下自己到底什么地方做的不好。如果flyout高于这个水平，说明
自己做的很出色，keep the momentum going就行了。
收到邀请后，首先看看邀请自己的地方附近有没有自己在第一轮面试中面试过的地方。
如果有和自己flyout排名类似的地方，可以让他们知道自己要到他们附近fly out，看
