总算有时间翻墙，含泪回来看看版上众姐妹。
有些话确是肺腑之言，亲身感受：
1。 以前在美国，白天nanny带宝宝，俺俩上班，周末带宝宝四处外面玩儿；
回国后为找保姆面世无数，还要把老爸从北京搬来看着保姆。平时也没什么地方带
宝宝去玩，到处人多空气不好，街上好多烟民，居然还经常看到随地大小便的孩子。。
这里空气和美国没法比。我和劳工在美国将近十年都没怎么生过病，现在回来一个月，
我们一家人轮着生病，我自己的感冒发烧就没好过。
2。国内办事超级麻烦。去派出所办个临时居住证，问两个问题就被民警大姐勒令闭嘴
，说哪里那么多为什么。。
3。物价奇贵。我们自己的东西还在海上没运过来，这边天气已经很冷了，劳工说给我
买件外套吧。大牌就算了，反正应急用，就coach好了，结果一件外套7000-8000。。。

to waive the application fee... besides, I found nowhere anyone
mentioned that he was Ed Clark's student.
In his life time before he become a management star, it seems there
were only 3 searchable first author technical paper -- if you don't
include the coda manual he participated in writing.

第一阶段：全面了解
去年12月12号的时候，我正好怀孕37周，冒着风险跨东西海岸大搬家到了Bay。刚下飞
机的时候正好下着雨，但是一点也不冷，反而很舒服。来到LG租的apartment，还是吃
惊了一小下，因为从Atlanta rent $750 每月 1000sqft的1bed1bath搬到 $1700每月
1000sgft的2bed2bath，这个落差还是比较强烈滴。。。
不过呢，既来之则安之，我立马投入了100%的热情开始shopping，布置这个临时的新家
来迎接宝宝的出生。要知道在37周之前，我连最基本的crib都没准备，更不用说其他的
了。然后就是宝宝出生，出了月子我开始努力换工作，接下来去新公司上班，等到一切
稳定下来，大概是4月份的样子，我打算开始做买房的初步了解了。。。
首先就是找agent了，一般就是靠熟人推荐。我找的agent优点很明显，经验很丰富，很
热情，很耐心，不push，缺点也很明显，就是不太愿承担责任，她会很小心的提供涉及

看了ABC的这篇关于Annie Le案件的报道，进一步确认了Raymond Clark的犯罪嫌疑。
主要论据有以下几点：
1，2003年，Raymond Clark（时乃高中senior学生）被当地警方警告，原因是sexual
assault他的同学女朋友，两人虽然保持sexual relationship，但该女朋友控告RC有强

而布辣桥（Burrard Bridge）南北端下穚处Pacific St.、Chestnut St.及Cornwall Ave.等路口，由於单车交通意外频传也遭点名。
五个月前在温市10th Ave.与Clark Dr.遭撞伤的单车骑士毕克尔（Bicknell）表示，儘管10th Ave.设有单车专用道，但她经过Clark Dr.时还是被一辆闯红灯的小客车撞倒，造成她的尾椎受损，身上多处擦伤，让她到现在对於骑单车上路仍心存恐惧。

王健林一帆风顺的海外收购上面临着第一笔失败的交易。
3月16日，澎湃新闻从Dick Clark Productions,Inc.（简称DCP集团）的母公司Eldridge Industries获得的信息显示，目前万达集团与DCP此前一笔高达10亿美元的交易已经确认终止。
Eldridge Industries称，公司在在美国东部时间3月10日在德拉瓦州法院递交了起诉书，由于万达集团无法履行合同义务，决定“终止出售DCP给万达的合同”。澎湃新闻获悉，万达为此或许将支付高达5000万美元的“分手费”。
这笔收购原定将在2017年1月17日完成。但当时万达确定没能完成收购，对此，万达启动了一项条款，将合同终止日期延后到了2月28日。作为延后条款的一部分，万达先从收购合同设定的价值5000万美元的终止费中，给DCP转移了2500万美元。此次DCP以起诉的方式，希望强制万达交付5000万美元终止费中的另外2500万美元。
至于交易失败的原因，DCP并未透露。截至发稿时，万达集团方面对此也暂无回应。
