以后有relapse而且relapse越来越频繁。而且文中提到standard treatment已经对这五
人无效了。至于什么是standard treatment我自己脑补是chemo，checkpoint试了吧，
不然也不会上这个clinical trial。clinical trial风险还是挺大的，可以参看下2013
年关于MAGE A3的Car T clinical trial。参与实验的直接死于Car T off target引起
的cardiovascular failure。

至于classII还是classI response谁占主导，我觉得比较难说。文章里是哪个实验得出

的mini，迎着朝阳去Acura的dealer了
dealer那里居然有6辆，也是附近最大的dealer，要看的exactly那辆还没ready，就懒
得谈价格，找了个很接近的试了试，湾区还有一个成色很好的，就不着急
车子还比较新，现在39k mile，隔音不错，变速箱不知道是不是有点问题，挂D档，
idle的时候有抖动，挂N就不抖了，之前开的几辆MDX没这个问题。
车子看起来还行，算是比较responsive，舒适和sport比较平衡，发动机还算给力吧，
基本2000转左右就很有力了，声音不过3000算还行，3000以上会比较响，但是不算难听
70mph时候大概2500转不到
整体做工还行，但是塑料感太强，尤其是那个里面的门把手，太难受了， 跟mini的手
感差两条街
车子给我最大的感觉就是中庸，没什么不好，也没什么特别吸引我的。开起来跟新的
touareg差不多，要稍微软一点点
几个重要的不满
1. 变速箱d档idle抖动，貌似是个例
2. 塑料感，弥漫整个车子

CT200h (mpg 43/40) 和 今年刚推出的 ES300h( mpg 40/39)
这俩并不是主要的，但是大概说两句。
CT200h 是 hatchback，长得矮，我认为是给小姑娘开的；
ES300h 很 classy. 长得中规中矩，
ha，我很土，我只在乎外表，有我喜欢的方向盘上的木头(见图一）
然后 --- 我想说的主要的来了。。
我当时看到一辆已经开过一年的 HS250h。
我一直知道 HS250h 已经discontinue，并且一共才卖出 18,000辆,
非常的不popular.
好奇心使然,我还是试了一下,我想知道它为什么不popular
毕竟,两三年下来才卖出 18,000辆,销量能低到这个程度,也真是不容易
这一试,我就知道它为啥不popular了.
侧面看它的dash（见图二），几乎是平的，我觉得跟外星人的飞船一样。
和 classy车子的那种垂直的dash，完全不同。。
我开 HS250h 的时候，真觉得自己像开飞机。

1 确实是classy&fabulous。就是说，穿的也不一定是美国的RL之类的牌子。但是打扮
