果机器人assembly的话你就得把很多screw改成claw,原来的产品得重新设计，这样会提
高生产成本，而且机器人生产废品率也很高，典型的比如主板，厂家生产一块才赚几块
钱，机器人甲和机器人乙还是人工区别大了。
而且电子assembly从来都是劳动密集型，从太君龟山工厂到土鳖的富士康都不例外，你
不要白日做梦一句机器人就全都机器人了。

文化辨析“韬光养晦”“错译”
1.引言
近两年来中国译界出现波动，诸多翻译工作者对于一翻译问题欲言又止、不知如何是好
。细究原因是小平同志制订的我国外交战略关键词“韬光养晦”被指出错译，已经在国
际上造成“中国威胁论”口实。
在日常译事过程中，出现错译、误译及不准确翻译本不足为奇，实乃司空见惯。但事关
我国外交战略方针这等重大译事，大家却谨慎有余，不敢出声。
1.1全国政协外事委员会主办的《公共外交季刊》2010年夏季号刊发了熊光楷先生题为
《中文词汇“韬光养晦”翻译的外交战略意义》一篇文章，文中指出：“韬光养晦”作
为中国外交政策的关键词之一被西方曲解和责难原因有二：“一方面深刻反映了西方国
家一些人士对华固有的政治战略偏见，以及少数反华势力顽固坚持的冷战思维；另一方
面也与我们国内对“韬光养晦”的翻译和解释存在疏漏与偏差有关。”
这是引起中国译界出现波动的初始，也是“韬光养晦被翻译错了”消息迅速在全国广泛
传播的起源。

won’t look at the 2018 Senate map looming ahead. In total, 33 Senate seats
will be in play. Of those 33, only eight are held by Republicans. Democrats
