希望在美国募集资金的中国企业，表示自己的公司愿意协助反向并购。魏天冰把中国企
业与壳公司合并，并通过妻子、姊妹这样的家庭成员持有壳公司的大量股份。起诉书显

opinion in terms of which ones are likely to win.
i'm not a big fan of the cleantech hype either. poor deployment of capital
and resources potentially create a bubble. if it happens and such bubble
busts, both equity and credit markets will freeze even for good companies.
i disagree that the "overheating" issue led to the booming of smart grid.
the smart grid is propelled by a number of real market drivers. if you're
