意思。最基本套路是对方反复冲着头部左右直拳。防守者用手拨档两次，然后用肘尖
抵开一次。如此不停反复。练习时教练反复强调的是要放松，两手就轻飘飘放
在脸前，封住所有正面进攻路线。对方拳来，自己只需要翻翻手掌，或者换掌
为肘。这样对方无论出拳多快，防守者都可以轻松甚至以慢动作封档。教练示
范的时候看起也挺养眼。用他的话说，是relax to make your opponent work
harder. 不过做起来其实并不简单。一是要克服自己看到对方拳来就出手封档
的本能反应。二是说是放松，但对方拳一重，不就把自己的手打到自己脸上了？
所以封档的同时要瞬间用力，并且通过保持距离让对方的拳重不到哪里去。要
同时做到这两点，又保证手臂不前伸，就要求把握好时机了。相当不容易。
P.S., 泰拳里抱人有九种基本动作。今天讲了常见的三种。这些抱人的动作
