percentage) MM lose to index and at the same time use market-cap weighted
index.
What about AUM weighted active MM performance? I am sure the index will
still has tiny little edges, but the margin will be significantly smaller.
How about throw out high-fees and closet index funds? Vangaurd's active
funds anyone?

我还紧张了一阵。。。口语说的很烂，脑子也不太灵光。。。
题目其实都不难，behavior问了你最喜欢的CS的东西是什么，我就说算法，然后他还居
然提了下我简历上量子计算，估计他不会怎么感兴趣，我就只简单提了一点。然后
coding题都是很基本的，一个串in place删除某些字符，code完了后，反过来，一个串
在某些地方插入字符，期间我脑子短路了一阵子，还好过了一些时间后接上来了。。。
然后是个超级老题，数组里面找唯一一个出现了奇数次的整数，我这次很诚实，直接说
我知道这类trick的。。。不过他还是让我接着说了一下笨办法怎么做。接下来又是一
个老题，楼层扔鸡蛋问题，这个我前面的日记里面都贴过的，所以除了表述上可能有些
不清楚外，算法本身肯定是optimal的了。接下来问了面试官几个 cliche的问题就结束
了，至少表面上面试官还是比较满意的。。。
整个面了下来居然没有问design的题目，也不知道是幸运还是不幸(一次都还没被问过
，缺少实战经验)。。。

看清楚面试时间 + 多练口语表达 |

Fincher用了一个工整得类似双引号的形式探讨了Zuckerberg究竟是不是A-hole的问题
。开头的女友说他是，结尾的见习律师说他不是。中间穿插两件诉讼加以论证他究竟是

. dying like silverlight). on the other side, some server side gui techs
like jsf (swing at server side), gwt, vaadin , etc have their own markets
2. java was never designed for competing the speed with C++. it and its
extension (j2ee) with all powerful open source frameworks are for really
helpful for RAD (rapid application development), which is its cliche.

如题, 美国会计master毕业已经工作2年多了, 对会计行业实在很厌倦.
本身的CS基础在非CS专业里应该算不错:
1.大学时候有国内的计算机三级证书--含金量基本是0,不过有基本了解C语言,数据库,
SQL之类的,当年学这些的时候觉得很轻松,比财务会计什么的得心应手很多.
2.Photoshop有超过5年业余玩玩的经验,虽然不是专业的,但是大部分的功能和操作都挺
熟练.
3.另外就是前不久,帮公司做了个网站, 网站很小,十二三个页面, HTML和1个PHP,都是
hand code的,用的是adobe dreamweaver + photoshop处理的图片.有用Jquery/
javascript.都是自学的,刚开始有点不着边际,后来做的过程觉得还是挺有意思的, 网
站也已经上线一两个月了.

sounds like cliche). it should in the range of 65k-82k
regarding the fresh grad, I need to think about if the team can take one at
this point. Nothing against fresh grad (we all come from it), but it does
take lots of time/training, and we have such a small team so I need to be
careful on this. |

me personally the deciding factor to join a startup is you have to truly
enjoy what you do day-to-day. To me Uber is one of the very few products
that greatly excite me and, as a heavy user, I'm easily motivated to come to

上班干干自己的project, 晚上如果是小年轻就砸4个小时， 有孩子就孩子睡了后砸2
小时。 去看看YCombinator ， 其实不那么难。
你去startup, 100人以上， 再好也就是4年搞到2米的样子，这是很烧高香了。 往下10
人左右的， 机会太小， 搞成了你也没有多大比例。 而且不一定founder 都是什么样
傻叉还不如你自己。 其实能上FLG 应该有这个能力。 前段时间我看三番版有同学搞了
一个uber pre-reservation 版，还是挺有意思的。 LC 本身也是一个很成功的例子。
老中的定势，实在还是那句cliche , 只知道给人卖命， 比搬砖搬得齐，有狗屁用，浪

准备或正在做这几件事
1。正门, 地下室/客厅门,客厅/车库门的部分钉子更换为2.5到3寸
2。正门由于有玻璃窗, 加装double cylinder deadbolt
3。walkout 地下室门口, 室内一侧加装防盗门和double cylinder deadbolt
4。全部室外入口及较低的玻璃贴膜, 安装震动sensor, 推拉sensor
5。正门和patio加装摄像头,motion sensor light
6。一楼卫生间及室内门, 外侧加装thumb turn only deadbolt
唯二没什么好办法的是
Patio是弱点, 加装防盗门不好看(室内或室外),好看又安全的门还没找到
正面玻璃窗仍然可以爬进来, 普通window guard好像不够结实, 结实的又不够美观 |

市未来十年的平均回报率是负值。之后道琼斯指数下降了一半、到了150点，那时估算

的。当时主要是为了练习英文，可是看完了却让我很震动，比我在国内所了解的要深入
很多。后来搬家就再也找不着了。今天大概写一下和大家共享。
中国和欧洲的贸易大约开始于１６世纪中叶。欧洲从中国进口大量丝绸，瓷器和茶叶。

1. 没有特殊情况，485基本不可能被拒。
2. 485就算被拒了也没事，再转回h1b即可。
3. 保持h1b身份代价很高，收益为零或者为负。 |
