发帖数: 21830 | 1 Nex5N一出来就被报道说有click noise,当时网上无数人猜测是orientation sensor的
ball产生的noise, 其实这noise是一个叫MB Charging Unit的玩意产生的。
MB Charging Unit是一个给快门启动前加tension的机械杠杆，这个杠杆在快门启动前
由电磁阀推动快门。快门release后变成自由状态，这个自由状态的杠杆能上下移动，
click noise就自次产生。
其实NEX5N的MB Charing unit不是新设计的，是A５X系列相机里移植过来的现成产品
，MB charing unit出问题后按常理应该全线停止生产nex5N,重新设计后再生产，但
Sony为了save a buck or two,竟然没有这么做。只是给MB charing unit上了高阻尼的
lithium grease, 结果由于grease工艺问题，新生产出来的机器出现随机的click
noise, 谁也不知道我买的下一台机器为不为出现click noise.

设计真是手表设计的牛耳。
随便举一个例子，一个防止发条倒回的机构，叫click spring, Seiko的是一根很细的
钢板，ETA的是一根弹簧，Seiko早期的表不能手动上发条，所以这个click spring用了
20年还好好的，因为根本click不了几次，但后来加了手动上发条这个功能，click
spring还跟原来一样，有些人有很多表，所以表平时都是放抽屉手动上发条的，一周也
就带一次这Seiko, Seiko的这个click spring根本就不能频繁click, 这样没半年表就
