车轮都是兼容的，只要看清楚是Tubular还是Clincher，是700c还是650c。还有就是内胎的valve有长有短，别买短了就行。碳刀的长（参照ZIPP 404，808），普通圈的短。 |

发帖数: 19210 | 35 5月4日的多马撞墙后开始恢复骑车上下班，这算是我的骑车训练。P5装了ZIPP 808和
tubular管胎半年了还没有骑过，所以跟两年前的Welland半马很像，也是比赛上来试新
玩具（轮组），希望两年前的杯具不再重演。
跑步主要靠冬天备战多马的训练，多马后的三周每周只跑了一次7公里10公里什么的，
前两周每周跑两次三次，没有什么特别有质量的训练，也就是跑步上下班这种维持性的
easy run。
游泳自从老三出来后就停了，两周前才开始恢复游开水，一周前开始回游泳池。赛前两
个周末去Lake Wilcox，发现穿LAVA PANTS比穿full wetsuit快，最后一次开水2公里只
用了40分钟多一点儿，所以决定比赛穿LAVA PANTS。
破5的想法有了好久了，不过就上述的这训练量，感觉还差点儿火候，除非运气特别好
。做了各种算法组合，但是都是预计的游泳40分钟，希望骑车能快很多。上次这里因为
mrchanical骑车接近3个小时。而另外两次半铁在Muskoka，赛到不光hilly不说，还长
