律师一直都没有收到update，这到底神马情况。
打电话问USCIS别人不告诉我status，说只跟律师说。让律师打电话，说USCIS状态有时
候不准确，如果第15天没收到update才打。
不知道该怎么搞了。 |

morning, the online status showed my case had been approved and my lawyer
received the email too. However, in the early afternoon, it suddenly changed
to "initial review" stating the same thing as you saw for your case. Then
in the late afternoon, the status changed to "decision" saying again that my
application is approved. So for my case at least, clock is stopped because

， 所以有点儿是例行公事，这个礼拜的习惯。居然发现“On December 7, 2012, your
I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was approved.” 万分激动啊。在这
儿报到一下，感谢版上众人的答疑解惑，也给正在准备和等待的xdjm们一点信心和鼓励。
基本背景：材料化学方向， claim 老三样
Publication: claim 34篇文章，10篇一作，简单阐述journal排名，没有细分Top
percentage。
Contribution：702引用，623他引， 没有细分Top percentage citation；获批专利一
项（已经licensed），还有一项在申，另外有三项参与的inventions已经被licensed，
没办法拿到更具体的证据，就把平时的email打印出来。当初准备的时候，真的很担心
这一部分会被RFE，但现在看来这个方式还是可行的，希望能给大家一点参考。

action，接线员第二次有点不快，说我为什么打多次，已经告诉过你了，your case is
approved，no further action needed since the case is done。
这些政府部门的工作时间一般是到下午五点吧，现在那边应该已经六点多了。应该已经
没人了。
静等官网恢复吧，或者下周一可以再打电话确认一下。
肯定是没有问题的了。 |

这个不是RFE就是过了 lol
因为你是PP的，所以在这个之前会有一个状态，是decision 或者是 RFE，然后当天晚
一点的时候更新到PP clock stop 然后就停在这.
你要是订阅了email更新就能知道前面一个状态是啥了。
过了的话会给你邮寄797，RFE的话会给你一封信，上面有RFE的原因，要求84天之内回
复。回复的RFE也会按照PP速度来处理的。

从3-7日的RD，到今天，才5 天。也没有看到传说中的PP CLOCK START, 但是似乎从3-7
日起就应该算了吧。11号收到EMAIL，到今天，就是ACCEPTANCE.
劝说自己忘了这回事，该干什么就干什么，可是总是忍不住看看这论坛，查查状态。

谢谢大家的祝福！打了PP电话，officer说已经Approved。但是uscis主页没有更新，还
停留在pp stop的initial review上，太坑爹了啊，一晚上没睡踏实。希望快点收到
official approval notice。这两天就整理一下心得和在版上的成长经历，算是对版上
同志们的感谢。
