building 不多（基本上看了一段时间的trulia/zillow都知道是哪几个building 可能
会有兴趣了。这样的话，我自己直接找seller agenty company 好，还是要仍然找一个
buyer agent 做中介？会有什么不同吗？
还有一个相关问题。公司的福利号称说某个地产公司的 home purchase commission
可以有10% off, 但是buyer agent 不是都不收佣金的么，朋友说可能是closing clost
打折，但好像也不是这个意思，因为closing clost返还N百刀，是列的另外一条员工
优惠项目。 那这个commission discount 究竟指的什么commission?
