维持现状就可以拿老墨的绝大多数票，
把非法移合法化了可能多拿些票，但是极有可能惹大祸上身，连自己的大本营都给丢了。
大家嘴上说老墨合法化了会促进经济，其实心里明白右派的那个6万亿额外开支也不是
瞎话。老墨大都在民主党的地盘，真到那一天，民主党也就完了。
所以，布什执政的时候，共和党多次提出CIR,都被民主党否决。
到了奥巴马的第一任，民主党全盘控制参/众两院，想通过法案易如反掌，
民主党就只字不提移民改革了,尤其是奥巴马07年可是许诺说一上任就要搞移民改革的。
现在，明知道众院会要求严厉的措施，民主党就开始上窜下跳的鼓吹大赦了。
