1．买机票
中国那边签证一拿到，我们就张罗着开始买机票。可那边说了：“嫩们推艰苦
了，机票我们出”。谦让几遍，那边准备翻脸。于是祭出杀手锏：“这边买票便宜，省
n百个刀了呢”。那边方才作罢。翻出数年前搜集的一个长长的机票代理的单子，挨个
打过去，居然99%都忙音？难道真是经济差都关门了？后来到if ly ch ina上面填了个
表询问机票价格。30分钟后就陆续有二十几个国内的代理发email报价，倒确实有价位
不错的，可是付款不能用信用卡，必须西联电汇。第二天，三三两两有几个美国这边的
代理报价，比国内略贵，但完全可以接受。后来才知道从国内出发，国内的机票代理一
般能拿到更好的价钱。不过只要不让老人出钱，贵一点点也认了。

压上去了我看好能到5GHz
温度倒是很好，满载47C。已经不记得本来的满载多少了，哪位有的帮我看看？最好是
一个不要太差的heatsink，hyper212+这类的就不错
感觉g3258这种屌丝cpu也没必要开，i5/i7的能弄弄很值得 |

一个就是biofan说的animal model问题， 他说了ALS，其实PD/AD/HD这些同属neurodeg
enration的病都是一个问题 甚至加上phychiatric disease，现在工业界用的animal m
odel一般都是一个调调：很简单，要么就用WT animal（比如antidepressant用force s
wim test, etc），要么就是单基因操作（比如ALS就用SOD1 mutation,HD一般用htt OE
，AD从Abeta OE到taupathy种类不少，等等） 如biofan所说其实是和人类疾病的病因学
差得很远的。当然了 药厂的逻辑一般是所谓prediction validity，就是不管face val
ue和content value，只要这个model能给我找出药来就行 这么搞得问题就是，如果已经
有了已知药物 想搞搞化学修饰什么的弄个新药出来也许是可行的；如果压根就没有clu
e，在没有face/content validity的条件下这个prediction validity从何 |

们还是得做。不用耗子，我们成功的概率是1/10000，用了耗子是1/100。所以耗子的作
用还是蛮大的。 1/100 的成功概率是太低了，但是比起放弃 clinic trial （0%成功概率 ）还是好多了。
从某种意义上说，我们把人也看成一种实验动物，而且是绕不过去的实验动物（当
然做得时候我们会赔上万分的小心）。所以预算没有发生变化的话，耗子上有效的药
一般是要去 clinic 的。

to get splenocyte from spleen by gentlMACS without enzyme treatment. A very
simple protocol, just put spleen into the PEB buffer and let gentleMACS run
