因为国内有个很要好的朋友要结婚，说要我从美国给她多买点coach的小件，比如钥匙
扣啊，零钱包之类的，要30多件，可以还礼的时候用。我们家附近有两个outlet，最近
正好最近有30%的折扣，我周四的时候一个人去了趟远的那家，因为coach有规定，所以
买了二十件。今天正好老公也有空，就一起去了近的那家outlet。
我平时还算比较健谈，有时候去coach店购物还会和店员聊聊天啥的，近的那家有个店
员认识我。而且去年回国以前也买了一大批回国送人。
结果还在选东西的时候，就有店员过来跟我说，你不能再买了。
我指着我老公说，对，我不买，是我朋友要买。
店员就说，他也不能买，因为你们是一起的，所以都不能买了。

He is in little manhantan, but the closest airport if 5 hours away.
I know coaches in big 8 like tom osborune, barry switzer really respect him.
Maybe he is just one of the top if not the best x/o coaches. |

Tommy Tuberville has left Texas Tech to become the new coach at Cincinnati.
He will replace Butch Jones, who accepted the head coaching job at Tennessee
on Friday. Cincinnati called a 6:30 p.m. ET news conference to introduce
Tuberville.
A Texas Tech official said the school was "completely blindsided" by the
decision.
Tuberville was 20-17 in three seasons at Texas Tech, going 7-5 this season

obvious that I have exceeded in both mileage and speed than what Smart Coach
suggested for a 12-week HM plan. Yet my result is off by 3 minutes from
Smart Coach's prediction. I cannot stop wondering whether the result will be
better if I simply strictly followed the Smart Coach plan without tweaking
it...
Now looking at AM training plans for full marathon, I have some questions

我的经验是在有一定poker知识和经验的基础上，请coach帮助非常大。我09年hire过一
个6max和一
个Full ring的coach。除了一些class room的教学外，对我最大的帮助是，他们可以给
我最直接的
反馈。在一起sweating或者Hand history review的时候，他们听我讲我的thinking
process，可以立刻告诉我哪里有错误或者不是最优。

我是06年开始知道Texas holdem的，全靠自己摸索，玩了一年多limit，除了赌场的免
费吃喝，基本
没有收益。08年后半年看了一本Professional Texas Hold'em，开始尝试玩NL 200 FR

your own expr., like the before and after diff., or some specific examples
you found helpful from coaching.
i guess ppl all know coaching could be some help, but hesitate because:
1) ROI, you know, paying someone at least $50/hr is kind of big to small
stake players;
2) EV, how much can coaching really help? most of us are small winners but
have problems in leaks or moving up. we all play for relatively some long
time but |

truly gives his honest and complete answer in the coaching session. mainly
the guys who will be playing against him regularly.
Phil Garfond said he doesn't do individual coaching because the only players
who can afford his rate of coaching would be the ones that will be playing
against him regularly. And those are the players that he doesn't want to
coach. |
