从解放军的外语看中国的战略

万维读者网记者江夏编译报道：美国军方《武装部队杂志》(Armed Forces Journal)
2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩

助调查，用感应器在边境、海港侦测，防范放射物入境。周三下午，当局终在失窃地点
40公里外一处荒芜地带，找回那辆货车。盛载钴-60的容器，则在离货车1公里外寻得，

言归正传，甲壳虫小毛病是多点，但是这个预算可以买到比较新的了，买车前详细检查
车（不是年检那种简单的mechanic check，要收费70刀以上的那种），可以保证买来后
出小毛病的概率小 |

家人不让买二手车。
預算1W6 本來想16,800 砍 烤肉啦 S的，
後來17,500也勉強接受``
但現在疯田问题太多```就猶豫了``
听了几个网友建议，觉得focus不错(cobalt 也看了下，但車小馬力大，怕不安全）
上网看了看配置发觉focus还是比corolla少了点东西
像是Vehicle Speed Proportional Power Steering ，4 Wheel ABS，EBD, ETC，
Brake Assist System，Remote Fuel Filler Door Release，Cabin Air Filter
（第一个是助动回方向盘吧？ 第2~3 觉得安全相关， 第4个以后就无关打紧了）
而且空间也相对较小
focus 3，500的rebate挺吸引的，觉得可以15k一下出门
kbb的resale value 一开始也让我心凉了半截，
不过rebate差价2500基本补回两车价值差不多了···

这是按照05-07年车型投诉数值10以上的，看看疯田占多少，就差个考骡拉和highlander

发帖数: 796 | 48 车是2008年的雪佛莱cobalt.今天估计是停车时碰上车位前端的水泥横栏了，当时没注
意，后来大概又开了500米发现没动力了就停下来检查发现的，好像在底盘的偏前部分
有个小角有点变形了，油（深红色）从那里流出来得，流了很多，估计是传送液。
是不是很麻烦啊？要不要换变速箱呢？如果变速箱里面没坏可不可以只换个外壳呢？估
计要多少钱啊？有没有那位大侠能指点一下阿，估计周一就要去dealer那里修了。。。

Does cobalt has a transmission cooler? If it does and if it hit the radiator, the trans oil could leak. |
