表示，伊斯兰国战士已挺进至距离M5号公路约35公里处，这条公路是连接首都大马士革
政府控制区域与叙利亚西部和北部的唯一主要道路。
大马士革位于叙利亚南部这条公路如果被伊斯兰国战士占领，可能引发恐慌，导致政
府控制区域数百万人逃亡。
目前已逃亡的400万难民已让欧洲各国焦头烂额，届时情况恐将不堪设想。
