speak better anglician. normal joe was kind of very mundane in their english
skills. so was impressed negatively. couldn't tell whether it was slightly
better than in Italy, which I went to prior to Duetscheland. maybe in places
like Frankfurt, people are more able.
why not pick up Italian, very easy and sounds kind of nice, a bit cocky, but

say you guys have DIFFERENT experience in terms of stock
trading and currency market. it's kind of sad that the
2 categories, one as 游击队，one as 正规军 cannot communicate
effectively because of the different assumptions you have
rooted in your mind. actually it's will be quite helpful
to learn from each other if you can break down those "supposed-
to-be"s.

morning rounds, didactic, MM, and OR. Witness how they work everyday. What
i can tell u is that, everyone works VERY hard, long hours, no complaints
and beingpositive. Forget about your experience. That wont help. Their goal
