玛芬，用 coconut oil代替的黄油，味道好的不得了。但是一查也不是很低热量啊。

像巧克力里面也有这种，研究结果似乎对人体还有好处。很多东西都是公说公有理，而
且很多研究也都不是很充分。也许很难说什么是绝对好，什么是绝对坏。另外coconut
oil的沸点高，似乎对煎炸食品比较合适。
大家探讨一下很好啊，有自己的看法说一下，免得走入误区。

自己的使用方法，抹脸抹头发抹身上，然后运动去，一身汗回来洗澡，清爽不油腻，皮
肤很好。关键是价格便宜量又足，天然健康，不像橄榄油那么油腻粘稠，还挺好闻，淡
淡椰香，大力推荐！
洗完澡当lotion全身抹也好的。
各大超市cooking oil那里都有卖 |

过一篇当 BF 的文章, 不过好象没用, 有建议说

偶的 Unix 经验:
马马虎虎吧. 很多都知道一点点, 就是都不精.
会写 shell script, 也会点 C/C++, 但是对
perl 是一窍不通. 平常用 emacs/pico. vi 只
知道怎么 quit.
缺点
偶对这 BBS 还不很熟. 所以只想试试看能不
能当好. 最主要还是需要大家支持.
