coercive power，但很难想象在长达几百年的时间内，靠着coercion能够维持国家力量
，如果说战争于国家形成和力量有直接关系，在早期欧洲两个typical的问题是税收和
动员，也就是要钱来维持战争（这一点赵老师讲了很多），但是动员是不是只能靠拉壮
丁？或者有什么意识形态？在现代国家很明显，靠的是民族主义和公民责任（当然
coercion也是存在的），那么我们假定战国时期没有民族主义（这个命题可以另外来谈
，比如现代民族主义和primordial nationalism等），那么是不是只能靠拉壮丁来维持
几百年的军事的统治？
