六LP漂亮(Pyridoxine)，所以lesbian的三弟喜欢(required for synthesis of niacin

transamination），小宝一见到六姨就忙着脱蓑衣（脱羧,focator in
decarboxylation recation），写血书表示(不用这招人家不相信哈，cofactor in
heme synthesis)，饭也不用吃了靠糖原(cofactor in glycogen phosphorylase)。
小宝看不到六姨了，就生气（hyperiritability），抽风(convulsions)，发神经(
peripheral neuropathy)。

发帖数: 632 | 9 你那个双酶蛋白系统，要考虑到cofactor的因素，不能光有蛋白表达就完事了，
functional test不可少的。最好各做一个酶动力学看看是不是功能完全，然后再考虑
耦合问题。耦合的关键是substrate浓度要适当，过高过低都可能会feedback，抑制前
一个或后一个酶。很多情况下substrate本身其实就是一个cofactor。 |

原因一： committees 里面有个超级trouble maker 很tough，有点看不起老中 当
faculty估计十年了 从来没有跟老印 老中合作过 发的paper一看名字都是小白 从他手
下毕业的学生目前只有一个人 现在实验室也只有一个graduate stu.
愿意二： 我的presentation 过程里面 就是这个trouble maker一直问问题 问了超过3
个小时 很多时候 我根据实验data做的结论基本他都attack 而且还问中问 就算是很直
接的东西 他也狂问 弄得大家觉得我没有准备好的的感觉
原因三：本身我的project做得不顺利 negative results 证明老板的hypothesis必须
要先弄清楚一个cofactor的机理 我试来试去各种方法都只能从侧面佐证 另外有个组是
专门做cofactor 机理的 十几年了到现在也没能说明白 开始这个project的时候 老板
事前没有预料到我的方向会变到这样 现在做的东西 她能给的意见也不多 基本是跟着

但是看到Christopher K. Glass 和Michael G. Rosenfeld 这种大牛的paper上那么好
的结果我都不知道他们是怎么做出来的，他们的所有的paper中 ChIP 的结果也都是那
么漂亮，可是我用的同样的抗体，同样的方法，根本重复不出来，总不成写EMAIL 去质

宋的博士学位在中科院拿的，在us做了3-4 年postdoc。宋在us 待的时间太短，对美国
博士培养体制和科研体制先进之处了解得可能不够。一同面试院长的有几个candidate
文章比宋好。武大可能是看到宋在中科院当个官，搞个管理就把it请过来了。武大应该
找一个在美国拿个PhD，然后在us 做postdoc后海归的当院长。
宋自己的科研做得很好，但对宋领导一个院做出像样的改革，大幅提高整个院科研水平
不太看好。

shows the 406 and 264nm. This peak is interesting coze it has the above UV
spectra with little fluoresence at(ex 420 em 480nm) and may be a new
cofactor. Hard to pinpoint a really new guy in metabolomics.

I am not sure whether or not it is nested model. If I can added the sex
cofactor into Markov model directly, I think there is no problem for
likelihood ratio test. But the sex coefficient is very difficult to estimate
using maximum likelihood estimation. So I have to split the dataset into
two parts according to sex and then compare the likelihood before splitting
and after splitting. |
