总结COFFEE发言，怎样写都显不出COFFEE讲话的神韵，就简单总结一下IMPRESSIVE的几
点：
１。积攒人品很重要，广交朋友，不知以后什么时候能派上用场。
２。发挥各自专长，性格活泼的可以通过加强人际关系建立和PROGRAMME的联系，多半
适用于女生，性格沉稳话少的，多数是男生，也有胜算，要靠提高临床逻辑思辩能力感
染人。
３。做OB时，提前到，帮LOG IN 电脑，帮拿找病历，甚至帮医生体检前给病人脱袜子
等，注意小事上表现自己的重要性，逐渐变到接管更重要的事，最后可能从OB变成
HANDS ON 的EXTERNSHIP。 |

太多了。 也实在佩服coffee，做事做人到她这个地步，不match是不可能的。非常感谢
medwater和hmis的组织，两位也不时穿插自己的理解和经验，相信都是听者受益。已经
很多同学还有速记员同学贴上了talk笔记，我印象比较深的还有这几点：
coffee：
1取消match对CMG影响应该不会很大
以前大量的prematch给了印度年轻的毕业生。CMG拿到的比重相比印度人还是小很多。
我们CMG大部分来美国时间长，有绿卡，取消prematch之后对绿卡的要求更多，结果是
CMG受到的影响要小很多。
2.找见习不要一上来就要推荐信，经过一段时间相处，带见习的老师看到你是什么样的
一个人，到时候再提推荐信就是水到渠成的事情了。有时会有意想不到的收获。
3.推荐信：如果program要求3封，给4封比3封效果要好。 推荐信里至少有一篇写得要
好，可以拿得出手。reviewer看推荐信的时候也会被impress到。

找工作中。local的一个业界公司，背景还算match（7-8年前做过的东西，后来一直没
有再碰）。昨天刚网上交了简历，今天应该像是HM的人物的，要我选电面还是去喝咖啡
，我回了e-mail说都可以，后来她决定informal coffee chat，时间是明天12：30pm
（during lunch time），还说可能见到 other team members。没有更多的信息了。
从来没有遇到过这种informal coffee chat情况。版内查询了200天以内的标题党，no
hit。还没有来得及查询内容。
请大家建议：（1）着装；（2）谈论话题；（3）如何打动HM，得到on-site的机会。多
