phobia),而是基本上什么事情无时无刻都很焦虑。就是中国说的焦虑症把。
这也许是由很多方面造成的,可以是先天遗传,也可以是后天习得,但最好能看看心理
医生,吃药的话通常同时吃antidepressant 和antianxiety的药,因为焦虑通常会引起
忧郁。但是吃药副作用很多,也不是对任何人都有用,容易产生依赖性,停药后效果立刻很快消失。另外比较有用即长期效应的是cognitive behavioral therapy. 通常会有relaxation
training和cognitive restructuring(纠正maladaptive thinking or thought
patterns).
在学校的话好好利用下学校的counseling center,在外面就找个好些的心理医生,当然
要有保险cover的。

之后较长一段时间,才开始睡眠变好的. 坚持你现在做的这些cognition调节,情绪
调整,锻炼等等. 另外很多时候维持insomnia的正是anxiety about insomnia,醒
来之后不要因为睡不着而焦虑也是很重要的一点. 也可以考虑一些放松方式,试试看
有没有帮助,特别是一些录音带辅助下的催眠类放松,可以试试. 有些地方local就
有sleep clinics,也可以尝试一下看他们有没有什么药物之外的建议.

假如我學一個死硬基要主義者,我一定不會理會我是理據不足、不會理會我根本沒有事
實支持我的觀點。什麼邏輯、推論、理性思考,都不死是死硬基要主義者會考慮的,我
所謂的cognitive dissonance只會被壓抑,或者只是被說成是信心不足、魔鬼的干擾。

首先要承认标题只是个噱头,语言学一般认为语言没有先进落后之分。大家都有自己的
看法,见仁见智吧。但是总看到有人在争论到底汉语是先进还是落后。虽然我不 是专
业人士,但是就用点通讯和存储上的概念来聊聊为什么汉语是一种非常先进的语言。需
要注意的是,虽然以下的论证都是基于实际的实验数据,但是计算都很粗 糙,而且实
验的规模都不大。换句话说就是,虽然在这里汉语占优,但是换一批实验参与者,可能

三者中任何一个可以激发其他两个,
至于哪个关联更强更快,取决与经验也就是learning的整个过程
而这种互联可以非常粗略地看成神经元的协同作用
神经元之间有excitation作用,也有inhibition作用
这些作用又主要是通过synapse的工作实现的
学习和记忆最粗略的模型就是Hebb模型
在神经层次就是说经常同时fire的神经元,联系也会加强
在数学上就表示为两个节点之间的weight由input不断增强
这样的神经网络有个特性就是给一个input,它能输出一个跟input相似的output
