标志性动物：野牛Bison。
（1）公路上经常见到Bison（们）过马路，这不，来了一位。他对于正面行驶过来的车
流面不改色心不跳，“嚒儿嚒儿”地边哼边走，仿佛在说：“本牛不怕你们，快点儿给
本牛让道儿！”
（2）大Bison继续走着，车子停了下来。
（3）大Bison和人类工具正面接触。
（4）看人类如此尊敬自己，停下来让道儿，大Bison心满意足，开始向马路对过儿行走
。他这是要去哪儿呢？

他们对polymer physics尤其是polymer dynamics做的贡献真是无比深远，
de Gennes在理论上是个绝伦的天才，
Steven在single chain的工作上对于polymer dynamics的研究开创了新局面。
他在采访的时候说：
平时我们研究高分子都是average properties,
就象是在动物园里算动物平均有几条腿，
最后统计出是2.7,
然后在拿出个理论出为什么是2.7,
而现在他们做的是要把一个个动物拿出来得到确切的整数的腿数。

PJ Flory的英文枯涩，
看起来是最头大的。
Odian的那本书基本上都已经被国内的高分子化学书给吸收重整了，
看看潘祖仁的那本就够了。
de Gennes的那本小书挺有意义，
但学化学的乃至是不做polymer dynamics的人来说仍然是艰深的，
哪怕他已经是用非常简单的语言阐述一些scaling的东西，
毕竟人家是诺贝尔奖得主。
Rubinstein和Colby最新要出版一本Polymer Physics的书，
偶已经看了，
等着它成为经典教材吧。 |

You can refer to Fetters' review article (Macromolecules 1994, 27:4642) to see
the /M values for PS and PIP.
0.675 for PIP, 0.434 for PS.
Suppose they are the same, say, 0.5.
It is almost half of PBD I am working on.
so, you can predict the overlapping concentration for PS-PIP is about 2.5
times that for PBD for the same Molecular weight.

Strobl's text book is general for polymer physics.
There is sth for polymer dynamics, but not so detailed.
You'd better see Colby and Rubinstein's new book,
it is good enough if you can get it.

only at θ temperature can a polymer chain behaves like it is in itself.
The rest, we need to attribute to Rouse-like behavior, which means draining
effect is not negligible as in Zimm behavior in normal good or θ solvents.
In Colby and Rubinstein's new book,
they mentioned different R---M relationship.

I have ever seen.
Although Doi and Edwards' book is classical,
I still cannot see it can benefit people outside of theoretical work on

I strongly suggest you FORGET those equations immediately.
You don't want to waste your time mainly on those equations and find you lose
the major aim --- understand the basic conclusions.
I suppose you are a beginner in polymer science and cannot get a Chinese
textbook now.
(1) Get Strobl's "The Physics of Polymers" or
Rubinstein & Colby's "Polymer Physics".
(2) Have some basic understanding about polymer.

发帖数: 12425 | 49 前些日子去黄石公园玩儿了一圈儿，见到了不少动物，过瘾。今天闪亮登场的是黄石的
标志性动物：野牛Bison。
（1）公路上经常见到Bison（们）过马路，这不，来了一位。他对于正面行驶过来的车
流面不改色心不跳，“嚒儿嚒儿”地边哼边走，仿佛在说：“本牛不怕你们，快点儿给
本牛让道儿！”
（2）大Bison继续走着，车子停了下来。
（3）大Bison和人类工具正面接触。
（4）看人类如此尊敬自己，停下来让道儿，大Bison心满意足，开始向马路对过儿行走
。他这是要去哪儿呢？
（5）“哇噻，你们不知道吧，本牛的目的地，就是这片草地，可以在这里可着劲儿地
撒欢儿打滚儿喽，啦啦啦，生活好幸福！”
（6）“还可以晒晒太阳、蹭蹭痒！”
（7）来张风景照，黄石安静的早上。
（8）再来张，有雾气的清晨。
