started to get a sore throat last night and woke up feeling terrible this
morning. didn't feel like running at all, still went down to the treadmill
with waterbottle and gels (without caffeine). took it very easy at the
beginning, 0.5% incline, 7mph and increased by 0.1mph each mile, until 8.
4mph two hours later. took a bathroom break, and finished the remaining of
the run at around 7:50 pace. 20 miles in total avg 7:50. time |

I try not to let my heart rate get too high, and I maintain good hydration
on the treadmill. The mileage doesn't bother me as much. |
