后来被debt collector 催债，跟保险公司理论过，没结果，自己也一直没付，debt
collector催了一阵子就不催了，
信用记录有这么一笔，显示一个settled 数额，现在自己要主动去找催债公司付这笔钱
吗？
如果付，可以讨价还价吗？
如果不付，今年回国返签会有影响吗？
不付对其他有什么影响吗，比如申请绿卡？

Amazon is pre-selling the The San Francisco Giants 2010 World Series
Collector's Edition DVD set for $37.99 with FSSS. This much more expensive
at other places... $65 at MLB, $70 at Borders, $57 at Barnes, etc. A great
Christmas present for the Giants fan in your life, and should arrive before
Christmas, and certainly so if you have Prime.

我和你是同样的情况， 在4年前网上随便点了一下， 然后4年后出现了collector.
要消除的话没办法， 只能付钱。
但是付钱有个策略， 你说你不知道， 被骗了， 没钱， 哭诉， 然后你最多只能付70
刀， 否则明天的饭都吃不上了。
一般collector 就按照这70 刀给你付了。 反正他们是收到一点算一点， 收不到就什
么都没有。
付钱以后90天之内基本记录就会消除。 |

extraction，大约100金美金。另外一颗是稍微复杂点的surgury，因为要削骨，300金
美金。是先付了钱才做的手术。结果拔完之后医院又给我寄了220美金的帐单，第二颗
牙他们也按复杂的收术收费的。因为忙我就一直忘了理这事，结果现在收到collector

我想问一下现在 这种情况该怎么办，这周我准备去医院一趟，另外collector那边也不
靠谱，他们可能说去investigate但是之后什么都不做，过段时间继续催要。另外这样
会不会影响我的credit？如果他们就赖帐说两颗牙就应该收这么多钱，我又该怎么办呢
？当时两颗牙要做怎样的手术，是拍片子之后才决定的。拍片子的医生和我的牙医都在
场，我的牙医可以作证。（另：我是去的学校的dental school,我的牙医就是在那里读

是给她付钱了。也再也不用她了。
结果今天又收到了她的催账信。 说还欠她的钱，如果不给她就要找Collector。 现在
给她发信和打电话都不回。
这个情况下，即使接到Collector的信， 而我不付款的话， 对我有什么影响？
