Everybody likes to work less and earn more.
But the reality is always not so ideal.
Credit needs to be earned by hard working. While starting work, everybody is
watching you, including MAs,nurses and your collegues. Residency training is
precious because you are allowed to make mistakes and supervised by
attendings.
I would choose 10 patient sevice because you will have a hard time at the
beginning but once you get through this tough period, you will realize that

. to your response:
1. you don't have to look for extra hour in the same hospital that you are
working, if you are a experienced and competent nurse, you should feel
confident to look for a perdiem or part time job in any other hospital if
you need money. Of course , it has something to do with your hook up, if you
knows how to develop good relationship with your collegue, it is easy to
find. Course the world is really small.

thank you, for THR, at least , I am not fighting alone.
Dialysis nurse gets paid lower than the nurse working in hospital. Even
though with that, It is still possible to make 140,000/year.
I just verified with my fillipino collegue that I mentioned in the other
article, he said if he does fully 6day/week, he will make 160,000/year. but
sometimes, he will ask for day off. so roughly, he does 5day/week, his
annual income is 150,000/year. this are true datas.

I just got information from AILA website. In the end of April, there will be
a meeting for AILA to discuss the OPT extension policy. Please every
pharmacy collegue send your comments and request to add our pharmacy major
to STEM categories.
I have emailed Fatima Myers-Webb and express my comments. Please every one
takes action ASAP.

When a manuscript is submitted to a journal but is later rejected, all the
reviewers (maybe also their collegues) would have known the ideas. What if
they refine the these and claim that they solve the problem independently?

Great question.
If it is a benign tumor, maybe I'll let my collegue know.
But If it is a bad news, I'll defer to PCPs in a heart beat.
The patient-physician relationship is very tricky for this type of problems.
The patients usually have trust on their PCPs. But for radiologists? no
way. 所以radiologists很容易被诉。

It also happens in the U.S.
The criminals here use gun instead of knife. Crazy people are everywhere
although here is better since patients can sue if they feel unfair.
So, dear collegues, please identify the trouble makers early and dismiss
them in a heart beat.

Then you should have her level of care documented in the chart, with a
signature from a witness. Your collegue should never put the tube in
because it is against her will. He/she could get sued because of that.
You could extubate her based on the documentation you made in the chart.
But if you did not ducument what she have told you, you just keep silent or
you will be in deep trouble.

I think it is doable.
1. A clinic like Mayo clinic, which is capable to finish a problem focused
workup within a week. Get all the consultation done at an as needed base.
These Doctors are better mandarin speaking.
2. The clinic has to be set up at a major city with direct flights to China. like
LA, Seattle, NY, Chicago, etc.
3. In China, you need a good advertisement/operation team with a logo like "A

In medical practice, you would see a lot of people who are outstanding in
their field and physically attracting as well. They could include patients,
their family members, your collegues and medical staff you work with. Never
, ever have any relationship with them, this is the bottom line. Or you
could end up with a big trouble.
