发帖数: 20290 | 35 8，90年代开始，SERS主要都是靠Au Ag NP 的colloid solution实现的了。把
Au NP喷在固体表面上做检测的我印象里面也不少。
这篇文章主要的意义是镀了一层silica作保护膜，可以避免金银的氧化和毒性问题。这
层silica又必须非常薄，~10nm，否则local field就穿不出来了。
老田这篇的introduction写的非常误导，他这东西和TERS屁关系都没有，倒是应该把
以前AuNP的work好好summarize一下。

solution里面怎么分上下？生物里面还有好多用analyte做linker的，只有当两个NP
被link在一起才会有信号，这算上还是下？
TERS主要的特点是SCAN，spatial resolution高，一次只看一个点的信号。一般的SERS受
diffraction limit的限制，做不到这点。 |

这个2能不能再展开讲讲？为什么不隔绝的情况下就不能探测？为什么这对电化学有重
大意义？其实我
还有一个问题，以前的SERS都是在colloidal solution里面做的，那为什么只能看到
analyte
的peak，而看不到solvent（比如水，酒精什么的）的峰呢？
另外，难道这之前没有人想过这个点子？匪夷所思啊，至少我就知道Van Duyne早就在
金银表面镀氧
化铝作保护膜了。为什么没人想到在小球外面长一层氧化硅？ |

working experience. You may feel bored after that even though you still
make good money. Switching to the innovation team is not a bad idea.
Formulation has a lot of fun, and needs knowledge in colloid and polymer
science. You can switch among foods, cosmetic, pharma, personal care etc. |
