时事摘要：
美国国务院在七月份的 Visa Bulletin 中(dated 6/12/07)宣布所有的 EB 类 (except
Other Workers) 都 Current，即意味着从七月一日起所有的申请人都能 file I-485。
七月二日，DOS 和 USCIS 分别通告，2007年度的所有移民指标均已分完，从即日起，
不再接收 I-485。

过程是，我作为HM面，我们team里我挑个人面，然后其他几个team的manager面，最后
大老板面试，然后所有人一起讨论决定。其他team也是这样，所以我也经常帮别的team
面试。因为其他team的头头跟你平级，所以他们说话一般是比较客观。我自从来公司，
这样的面试加之后的碰头会开了总有几十次了。凭良心说，大家都是客观的，因为team
之间有竞争关系，当着大老板的面，谁也不愿意让自己失去credit。当然了，我们部门
只有大概一半人是印度人，如果说80%是印度人，还会不会这样，就不知道了。”
大意就是，我们才50%烙印，面试互相把关，
用credit system，可以高枕无忧。

今天一鼓作气写完吧，哈哈。
Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时
候有没有打算留在这边，妈妈声音很小，因为没有准备这个问题，她大概也不知道怎么
回答好。翻译听成“是打算留在这边”。把我急坏了，可是也不能插嘴。我就给他使了

他们最出名的剂量就是文章里面大量的链接，链接到有信用的大网站，但是大网站跟他
们说的完全不是一回事，比如老大你说Kelp里面已经验到辐射，大网站的新闻不是这样
说的，他们说正在测验辐射，但是跑到alex jones的infowar那里就变成已经有了超几
