for many years and we talk about his bees a lot. What you describe is
swarming - one colony of bees are growing out of the living space and
separate to two or three colonies. Normally the bee keeper will help them
separate but if the procedure is not done, bees do it themselves. |

因为我的韩国朋友看了照片说那个饺子不地道，估计不是韩国人开的，没很大信心。而
且他们说一般好吃的韩国餐厅都会叫Korean Seoul之类的。结果我们在yelp上找到这家
，他们夫妻俩看了照片都觉得这家更正宗。其实colonial那家评论更多又更近，本来我
更想去的。不过既然都开到这里来了，也不在乎那么几里路了，要吃还是要吃自己感觉
更好的嘛。

第一天去吃了烤五花肉，泡菜汤，鱿鱼汤，石锅拌饭，每个菜都很满意。服务很好，肉
是服务员在桌上帮着烤的。我们都玩累了，说实话有人代劳自然最好。伴餐都不错。朋
友本来还说没胃口，吃了几口伴餐的伴香菜胃口就回来了。吃完饭我们还去了chewy

1st use : Terro Ant Killer II to bait the invading colonies, eliminate the
queen. Get it from Lowe's, remember to bait often, bait plenty, use more
bait station if the infestation is large. The whole process will take about
2 weeks for the ants to disappear. The guys above has the link
next use: Ortho Home Defense Spray from Homedepot. Spray all around the house,
all crevices and doorways. This will keep new colonies from coming in for 1/
2 year at a time.

Tried and true solution :
2 steps :
1st ) Terro Ant Killer II, From Lowe's , bait the ants for about 1 to 2
weeks, bait plenty and bait often. Get the liquid borax solution onto the
ant trails. Lead them to the main baiting station.
2nd) After the colony is eliminated, use <> and spray
all cracks, crevices every 1/2 year to prevent new colonies from coming in.
Get it from Home depot. |

There r wild colonies of cats at every wal mart, Costco you name it. They
feed off trash and get killed everyday. These cats r wild and watched
carefully by volunteers from NPOs. My neighbor, commits 12 hours a day of
her retired time feeding these wild cats and trap adults and kittens. Adults

发帖数: 1074 | 21 lz预算已定，主要就是通勤的问题了（学区不用考虑，我列举一下地区学区均9-10分）：
（1）坐Train：
在78号以北，当然最好的是Summit，因为它是铁路的hub，车次最多，但是80万的预算
只能买偏小（1500 sqft）偏旧的（5、60年代）的Single Family。再往西挪一点，有
Chatham Boro和New Providence，Berkeley Heights，Long Hill。这些Town都有车站
，rush hours的快车大概一个小时就可以到达NYC Penn Station，不过缺点是车次不够
多。越往西边就越能买到好房子，比如80万在Berkeley Heights就能买到condition相
当不错的Colonial了，不着急也能碰上80年建的3000多sqft的房子。
在78号以南，有Westfield、Garwood、Cranford（学区稍逊不过也算好）一带，也有
Train站点到NYC。通勤时间在一个小时左右。Westfield房子最贵，一般地比较小（因

School Zoning Option 3)。该计划将把Lake Colony,Heritage Colony, 和Riverstone
三个小区从Clements高中划到Elkins高中。Clements高中是本学区最好的高中，这一计

Very old neighborhood. The elementary school is Colony Bend and the middle
school is First Colony. Not as good as the ones I listed. Generally
speaking, you should look for newer houses. #1 is a one-story house and #2
is a two-story house. With the same footage, one-story is more expensive
than two-story.
3) Greatwood - different school zone - no good.

choir老师非常好。最近几年walker station的好老师流失严重。cornerstone崛起很快
；brazos bend也赶上来了。其他的小学比如first colony,colony meadows也不错。

因为relocation原因，现有sugar land学区房转租。房间为2室1厅，面积接近1000平方
尺。
学校为colony meadows elementary, Fort Settlement Middle, Clements High。小区
就在Lexington Blvd上，近59公路，6号公路，和90公路。步行距离到Colony Mall,邮
局，图书馆等。5分钟内到99大华。
区域很安全，小区内多为亚裔；有gym, pool, 儿童的playground等。室内是最近装修
的，条件还不错。并且有免费的洗衣机和烘干机。我们七月底可以搬出，lease到十月
底结束。如果喜欢，可以和manager商量续签。
我们是2月底的市场价格($1350/月)，比目前的价格要便宜至少1百多吧。我们可以分担
部分价格给您，可以面议。
