下周去Breckenridge开会一个星期，打听一下滑雪的事情。请问滑雪一般需要什么装备？
我衣服裤子手套帽子买好了，boots and ski就到时候租好了。请问还要准备什么？有
普通的墨镜，请问还要买那种很大的ski gargle吗？
另外，请问Breckenridge哪个滑雪场比较好玩？有什么要注意的地方？

其他你们爱咋说咋说
Colorado一年大部分时间天气晴朗，云彩美丽。
夏秋适合Hiking，biking，camping，climbing，hunting等多种户外运动，冬春适合滑
雪。所以科州的人是全美体型最fit的。
在Denver这些城市，冬季温度不算低，加上比较干燥，体感温度不算冷。雪多为Powder
，非常轻，而且一般第二三天就化了，带来的麻烦不多。
最大的优点是蚊子少，夏季可以尽情享受户外的空气
发点自己拍的Colorado美景。最美的秋季还没怎么拍过。

Colorado的山峦延绵不绝，Aspen的明黄浩瀚无边。
刚刚去了Colorado州的Aspen和Ouray一带游览了一个星期。早晨5点半就到了Maroon
Lake，瑟瑟发抖地在那里等sunrise，可惜天边没有一丝云彩，仅有的在Aspen地区的两
个早晨都花在了Maroon Lake，依然是没有好的光线。所以只好尽力而为了。
如果说早晨完全是冬天一样冷，那么到了下午天气又如夏天般热，光线很强啊，拍出来
的叶子颜色都让我不知该怎么拍才好，是啊，我平时怎么会大白天在外拍照呢，但是出
门游览嘛，还是希望多拍一点的。
第三天转赴Ouray途中，经过Marble，去探访Crystal Mill，车停在山脚下，hiking了
来回8 miles上去就为了一张Crystal Mill照片。还好听了人劝告没有开车上去，因为

去colorado 看秋叶的想法来源于一次夏天的旅行，当我驾车走过那一条条蜿蜒的山路
，看着路边静静的白桦林，我就想这里的秋天一定很美。我一定要再来一次。
几经蹉跎，终于有机会成行，约上三五好友，算好落叶顶峰的日子，好吧，让我们出发。
科州红叶（也许叫黄叶更准确）的分布范围非常广，I25 公路以西就是绵延不断的落籍
山区，面积大约占全州2/3，有名可查的红叶胜地不计其数，我们只能随意挑选一些来
观赏。
CO82号公路被州交通部门命名为“Top of Rockies"观光线路，以多弯道，坡度大著称
。但路边的景色不会让你失望。
公路实拍
车行到公路最高点--海拔12009FT的 Independance Pass，这里植被已经比较稀少，即
使正午也让人感到一丝寒意，但天高云淡，空气清新，山顶的小池塘中映着小山和蓝天
白云的倒影，形态奇异。

圣诞节去colorado滑雪，租车，回Denver的路上下午5点吃了张speeding ticket
在CO58 inter I-70.说是限速55，罚单上79.当时没注意速度，也没看到限速标志，不
过肯定不超过80.
Code1101，扣了6分，180刀。assessment discount到180刀扣4分。
当时下坡，已经是脚踩刹车了。警察在路边停着，然后就跟上来了。
估计是已经蹲守了一天了，终于有肉上门了，一看是德州DL，那就罚定了。
给了个出庭日期，肯定不能再去花300多刀的机票去Denver一趟了。
德州这边可以上school，付罚款，然后免去points和record。
但是在summon后面没有写去哪上school，colorado有自己指定的driving school吗？
除了付罚款加driving school之外，还有什么比较好的解决办法？

免费把车运过去，我自己也可以开过去。如果boston买/lease车合算我就把旧车处理掉

engineer, 近
期很可能会因工作调动去硅谷。请问如果想生活质量不变，需要两人共多少的薪水收入
？另外在

先到Denver，然后以这里为起点，先向南再向西，然后向北，最后会Denver走一个环形
。打算去
的地方是Colorado Springs (Pike's Peak), Royal Gorge, Great Sand Dunes NP,
Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Rocky Mountain NP最后回Denver。想问问大家觉得如何安
排时间最合理？在每个景点之间的路上有没有什么不错的地方值得停一下顺便歇脚和住

寐以求的阵容, 还有大概10位同学将在未来一个月内被确定, 又是另一拨大侠, 男女比
例是3:2(比较合理).
时间地点目前的方案: 周六在有一定难度但比较安全的II-III 级South Platte R, 离
DENVER一个钟头, 主要是训练当地的朋友, 周日是训练从西部过来的朋友(周六同学继
续参加训练), 河段大概是Colorado R(around state bridge, Glenwood Spring往东30
-50M), 难度和周六接近. 我们用中难度但比较容易控制安全因素的河段让新同学迅速
成长.
第二阶段和第三阶段大概在Delta, Grand Junction, Moab, Gateway(CO)环绕圈活动,
从西部开车过来的同学可以直接从附近开车回家(第二个周日), 比Denver少了250-300M的路.
第二阶段的河流以难度不大(也有II-III, 但激流数量少风景很赞的Dolores, Gunnison

发帖数: 3975 | 46 今天花了四个钟头预测6月的水量, 新手+ 高水量就是组织者的恶梦, 可能巨型杀手,
六月底是CO州高山为源头的各大小河流的最高峰期, 任何一条小河都有可能比大峡谷秋
天水量大.
根据SNOWPACK的三月图, 今年COLORADO R流域相当2004年的流量, 为6年来最干旱的冬
天, 预测和2004流量接近, 而希望多点水的西南角 DOLORES R的SNOWPACK在正常非干旱
范围内.
对我们第一次漂流活动是大利消息, 今天中午前我一直头痛是COLORADO流域的主流和支
流包括ARKANSAS, 如象去年6月我们不得不忍痛割爱.如今是可能性又大了.
我们无法最后FINALIZE具体的河流, 因为河流量决定我们最后方案,SNOWPACK决定走势,
到时候还有小变数. 6月中旬的数据将基本定夺最后方案.
不过无论哪套方案, 我们的计划尽量适合平衡四路人马, 每路人马会有点牺牲, 高质量
的河需要走一定的路, 我们BOSTON活动的白水河动不动就要走5个钟头来回, CO选择要
多不少, 但是漂亮容易的河在CO的西部, 难度大的河在CO的山区东部, 从容易到难的过
