在这里先谢过了:)
都是Master Degree
Cornell是一年的 Applied OR . 夏天有Intern。此外据说Cornell OR排名还TOP3。虽
然无法验证该说法来源。。此外该Program选课自由度非常大。。校园里面也会有一些
招聘什么的貌似还好。但学校地点仍然是个问题。
Columbia优势无非是所谓名声，和近水楼台的效应。此外那个Engineering Management
Science的项目和工作内容可能更契合一些。但据说AD发多了总有水的嫌疑。。这个我
也稍微查过了。。Columbia硕士学生不少大陆的。Cornell相比就很少。。虽然不能直
接说明什么问题。但是否imply啥呢...
此外，据说OR相关今年就业都不好，H1B签证也被不少公司拒签。如果如此的话一年后
毕业还真是个问题。。。

columbia这方向很多中国人，暂时看上去找实习什么的还行，但是长久的工作状况我不
太清楚。去年前年毕业都知道有中国人找到工作了的。
columbia的mph最大的好处是connection很多，但是自己也要主动点去联系什么的。这
点不知道yale如何。
话说嫌弃哥大地理位置不好，其实没那么恐怖。harlem那地方，太晚不要在外面乱走没
问题的。
我每个礼拜都会有半夜11点多在附近出现的时候，自己注意点还行。

个人有较强的数学背景，目标是IB金融方向的工作
其实原来是申MA in Mathematical Finance@Columbia的，但是被转到了Stat系，不知
这两个有多大差别。。。
Gatech的课程和金融实践结合比较紧，而且三学期中间的暑假可以找intern；不过地点
上的劣势很明显
Columbia的financial engineering是很好的，但是stat不知如何？我只知道这个
program招的人巨多，而且课程设置也不如Gatech那么attractive。当然，在NY又是IVY
的优势很大。。。
难以抉择啊，还请各位不吝拍砖，指点一二～

弄个其它专业的degree，这样几年后可以用新学的degree找工作。不知道columbia都有
些什么可以多快好省建设社会主义的program他可以读，统计好像比较容易读点，但不
