很多人不明白：美国人中午怎么吃那么少？晚上吃那么多？美国人每天睡那么少咋还一
天跟打了鸡血似的？美国人中午不午休，下午居然不犯困？是因为美国人天生基因强大
还是他们根本就没有午睡的习惯？之前在这篇文章中写过：《为什么美国人觉睡的少，
精力还那么充沛？》接触了很多老美或其他国家的员工。他们绝大多数都不午睡。但是
他们有下面的一些情况：
1.早晨上班很早，大概7点多就在办公室里。一个原因是可以躲过早高峰的车流，还有
个原因是，他们下午4点，不到五点就离开办公室了；
2.除了个别客户经理，晚上要熬夜陪客户或者写计划书。其余大多数员工晚上不加班，
睡觉很早。
3.跟我们一样喝咖啡喝茶等含咖啡因的提神饮料。
所以我想，如果他们跟我们一样的生活方式，成天加班。别说他是美国人，就算是仙人
也扛不住。而且我相信，随着发达国家劳动生产率逐渐被新兴工业化国家追平，他们以

深吸一口气停4、5秒再深吸一口气，如此反复5、6次突然呼吸心跳全部感觉不到，父母
立即开车送福州南京军区总医院，路上时间30分钟，母亲车上不停做心外按压并人工呼
吸，送医院医生确定呼吸心跳全无，经抢救，小孩有非常微弱呼吸，医生持续抢救近一
小时，并两次心外电击除颤8点21分左右恢复心跳及自主呼吸。进入重症监护室上呼吸
机，之后发生抽筋，发高烧40．7度高烧，经治疗稳定下来。第一天大概使用安定及营
养和保护神经脏器类药物，心跳200多次每分钟，但血氧达100%，呼吸稳定。白细胞，C
反应蛋白，肾肌酐正常范围，尿素氮稍高9．02。小孩所有反射反应都有，对母亲呼唤
有反应。晚上挂了5瓶丙种球蛋白。第二天体温大致在38－39度之间，没有抽筋但肌张
力强，瞳孔对光反应尚好，两眼瞳孔略扩大，使用药物基本同第一天。第三天即19号丙
种球蛋白停用，凌晨四点体温降至37度6，全天体温基本保持37度至38度间，血压基本
正常血糖基本正常，但清涕状痰液增多，小孩进入深度昏迷期，膝跳反应消失，对针刺

now and he's consious ( react to ur voice, open the eyes, move the fingers).
doctor keeps him in medical coma so he won't feel the pain.
his parent just got the visa and will be here A.S.A.P.
we still people to help them during the day time Monday to Friday. Only one
person is ok with this time currently and i'm trying to find more peole to
share the load.

话说，我昨天刚看了一集animal planet上的i'm alive，刚好是讲的一个女孩被一只有
rabies的蝙蝠咬了，她的狂犬病已经发作了才发现被感染，但是她活了下来，她是世界
上survive了rabies infection的唯一一例。当时医生都基本上宣布了这女孩死定了，
可以直接准备后事了，但医生想反正都要死了，不如侥幸try一下，死马当活马医，因
为她的大脑当时貌似还没有完全被病毒侵蚀，也就是还没有疯，医生put her into an
induced coma，装了一堆东西在她身上来keep她的身体alive，然后等待奇迹发生，看
她的自身免疫系统是否可以战胜rabies病毒。这个女孩是一个身强体壮的运动员，最后
成功的打败了病毒，醒了过来。但是她需要重新学会讲话和走路，等于是获得了一次重
生。。。看得我好感动的说～～～真是老天眷顾她啊～ |
