第一次购枪，看了看Federal和state的法律。Federal law比较清楚，有了Hunting
License非公民非绿卡就可以买枪拥枪。VA的法律比较模糊，似乎连手枪都是非法，跟
周围情况似乎不符。哪位有经验能解释一下？关键是最后一段，好象手枪也是assault
firarm对非公民非绿卡为非法.
