MANAGER说因为他是NEW COMER， 没有CREDIT，所以，要求有担保。于是，我给做了担
保---签合同的时候我也签了字。他也交了抵押金1100刀。
现在，一年的合同期快到了---12月15号。我的同学也找到了其他的公寓，准备搬走，
问题出现了
1，在我同学付给 MANAGER 这半个月的房租时，他说，要交整个12月的房租，而不是半
个月的。
2， 我同学口头上提前一个月（11月10号）跟MANAGER 打招呼说，合同期满就要搬走了
，但没有写下NOTICE。 现在，公寓MANAGER 和 OWNER 以这个理由，要求他要支付整个
12月的房租（因为今天已经是2号----租房协议里面有要提前一个月写NOTICE的规定）
3， 我的同学今天给我们打电话说不想支付整月的房租，只想交半个月的，因为他们担
心交了这个月的房租后，押金还是不给退回来。但他们也很担心根公寓的MANAGER和

you were treated well, you could show them your appreciation. In your case,
based on what you said, just ask for a private talk with your boss and hand
out your resignation letter (a very standard one and do not try to be too
nice).

develop up to 20% of that, the rest must be kept as is.
