1，flynn，trump 曾让 comey 放过 flynn；好像有干预司法；但flynn 早早就被fire

为他政治目的性很强，你可以不认同他的解释，但我的观点是comey没你想象的那样带
有很强政治目的，我只是觉得这种事情太棘手太敏感，处理确实不很妥，但怎么处理都
会有人很不满。你把宣布这个词扣在人家头上有点不妥，人家只是寄信给the chair

最紧张的应该是Comey本人，所以他提前发个statement，告诉老川没啥爆料，都是些鸡
毛蒜皮的谈话，hope let flynn go， loyalty 完全没有法律问题，最多说老川说话不
合适。老川看到statement也就有了底，不会往死里搞他，相当于放他一马。
statement是经过深思熟虑的产物，不会有什么把柄，但现场临场发挥就不一样了， 除
了comey最紧张的就是08前政府官员，如果那句话泄露天机，整个会兵败如山倒，08的
短板太多。
GOP会趁机折磨Comey一把， 通俄，干扰司法都没啥smoke gun，会有恃无恐敲打comey
，所以这次听证会对08和comey最好的结局是什么结果都没有，灾难性的是Comey漏了嘴

鱿鱼，让fbi独立，太牵强的理由作为炒人家鱿鱼会不得人心，况且comey在fbi内部支
持度还算蛮高的。连一些共和党senator都觉comey被炒的timing和reasoning很成问题。

昨天国会司法委员会主席电话问Comey 3个月前国会请FBI调查妖婆在国会Benghazhi 听
证会上说谎（作伪证）的要求处理了没有，Comey说没有。
这次胡麻的事估计比这个作伪证的事要大不知多少倍，不然这个Comey不会冒险周五给
国会发信。
