找了每个月的pay stub, gross总数是15722.2
给我的W-2表上是14177.76
1042-s上是1544.44
两个加起来刚好是学校的gross pay
1042-s表上没有扣税，是不是说学校没有给我按照5000 treaty 扣税，而是给我免掉了
1544.44收入的扣税，等于我只能claim剩下的5000-1544.44=3455.56的免税额。
现在等于是我按照14177.76-5000-3800(2012的免税额)=5377.76交税 538
而实际我应该是按照15722.2-3800-5000= 6922.2交税，693
所以我还欠税务局693-538 = 155 的税
是不是应该这样的，哪位大侠能comfirm一下，鉴于我的税表已经寄出，不过还没有拿
到退税，我应该打电话给税务局要他们ignore我的税表我从填呢，还是寄出更正表然后
附上补税。
谁能帮助我解答一下，包子奉上 |

记得现在美国你妈逼的领事馆又TMD的改政策了，要照片，虽然网上提交照片过了，但
是上海领馆那几个欠你妈逼钱的美国官员看到一点点瑕疵就让你去新照照片，就是背景
不是那么纯白而已，我估计和对面那个杀猪的照相馆有抽成，50一张。
还有你妈逼的中国工作人员，真是对国人对的和狗一样，少打了预约comfirm page，确
实是那个时间，前面那个查各个证件的小哥好说话，肯让我进，我说不是今天签证的我
来干什么，拿牌子的那个女的凶的要死不让进，打印一张破纸要我30块。
还有，我四天拿到签证，选泰富自取会快一点。不过中信银行也是你妈逼的会欺负中国
人。
周日要回来，周四显示签发，周五上午显示离开大使馆，就在领事馆隔壁的中信，难道
护照能去外滩转一圈去，让中信帮忙查查是不是已经送到了，死都不肯，说没pick up
邮件不给，当天周五晚上收到邮件，周六又跑了一趟才拿回来。周五下午就在中信银行
，就那么看不起自己人，我是忍着没说，你妈逼的要是一个外国护照签美签去拿的话，
这帮上海逼人肯定热情洋溢的给你找了。
算了，能不回去就不会去，回去也去北京签，态度好多了，上海人就那么逼，自己又不

（奇怪？）。副卡还在等待中。。。
关于改地址，工作原因搬家到另一州，在1月9日网上更改地址，1月17日左右收到uscis
的comfirmation mail。很幸运，绿卡是寄到新的地址。
提醒，装绿卡的信封不是通常用的uscis的信封，是usps的priority mail信封。我们由
于刚搬到新家，很忙，以为是usps的change of address的信，就没有开，直到收到的
一星期以后才开的。
希望副卡早日批，大家龙年顺顺利利，早日拿到绿卡！ |

天到邮局一问，说是那边没有scan的信息。真是郁闷，他们说可以money back，可40多
块钱顶什么用啊，关键我要知道有没有送到。让他们investigate了， 希望能早点有消
息。
我看了uscis上是有softupdate，说initial review，但日期是我efile的日期，并没有
说收到材料的日期。夏花，你知不知道，如果有softupdate，是不是说明我的材料寄到
了，还是不管有没有收到材料，只要efile，就会有softupdate呢？没有delivery
comfirmation，总是不放心，大家以后用usps得小心了。 |
